How is this the full extent of the "user manual" provided? It's baffling that there's absolutely no detail on care & maintenance or charging or anything at all beyond the basic steps for everyday use. Like how long does it take to charge? Does the blinking light go steady or turn off when it's fully charged? This is basic info that's completely unavailable as far as I can tell. Hopefully support can provide an actual complete user manual upon request...

My mouthpeice (the plastic around it) comes off and idk if that's normal
Yeah, mine has separated and come off in some of the worst places. I'm lucky I still have it!!
The plastic that comes off is the case for your mouth piece

We recommend that you keep the silicon on the mouthpiece attached while in use.
