It’s ok I understand. Tbh with u I’ve only just started making gacha videos nearly 2 years ago and even though I don’t have as many yt subscribers, ik how it feels to grow out of something that you’ve enjoyed for a while but suddenly lose motivation. Ur not alone on this and I totally agree many youtubers r quitting gacha and moving on coz it’s not as fun as it use to be. Do what makes u feel happy and if it means making less gacha videos then that’s up to u, don’t let others push u into doing something u don’t want to do.

Tbh I used to make a lot of my own private vids that I made for fun until I kinda stopped watching gacha vids/editing since I lost motivation. As for what to do, try making an inspiration board first. Put on it all the things that make you feel passionate and that interests you right now.
Mind map or post it notes or a written list.
Find the comman denominator in all of it, and then see where that leads you as your starting point.
