This is the best cod... no joke. It was the most innovative had the sickest graphics (on PC of course) and it was the perfect cod. Then that MW3 shit came out...

MW3 is my favourite cod, probably because it's the one I played most and the easiest to snipe and reg gun on for me. But BO1 is also amazing.

This is the most diverse montage ever on BO1 to me. Not just a sniper feed, but shotguns,Subs,and Underbarrel stuff. I love this!!!

Me, it's probably because the earlier cod games were trying to look really realistic, now they are trying to make it look like it's in the future, which we can't comprehend as much. Also, filters :)
+Alec Villas you have it backwards. Game based on having realistic graphics look uglier and age faster because they have real life counter parts to judge them off of. An example of the opposite is tf2. The game came out in 2006, and the graphics are pretty ageless. The models still look good with low poly count and shitty shaders. The thermal scope in this game is literally a jpg under the glass, no glow fx, no faded off edges, which is pure fucking laziness on the artists part, this will never look better than bo2

damn! cracking montage! have to say i never use sniper rifles in call of duty, and i thought it was because i disliked the whole ego based show boating community and the 12 year old faze clan sniper lobby wannabes doing 360s off every elevation and slowing my games up and pissing me off. yet I'm now more inclined to think, after watching this, that I've never given sniping the time of day, or the correct level of appreciation. maybe ill put on some bots and try to learn how to scope properly. new found appreciation after watching this montage. thumbs up.

The second song (the one after the intro) is actually one of my favorites. It's peak 00s Rock from a group that has one hell of a vocalist. And the edit for the last lyrics before the chorus hits. That little fade out? Goodness what a genius.
