Being I bought it used I have no idea. However it feels lighter then most guitars. Just remember this when talking weight of guitars. Most of the weight on any guitar is the hardware. Pickups tuners bridge. All these parts are medal and add a lot of weight. For the most part these things don’t change and most 6 string guitars weigh about the same. Around 7 lbs. I have built a couple electric guitars and was amazed how much heavier the guitar became after I installed the hardware.
I have one. Purchased new. Upon arrival; perfectly set up, great tone and absolutely a great guitar. Stays in tune, no buzz, and I love it.
I agree, remember mine was used so I had to do a few things to get it playing well however after those few things it played well.
As Mr Hughes stated; "it feels good". Pickups and controls are responsive and accurate. Probably the best guitar I have for the money expended.
I traded for one of these last year and I love it! Not only does it play and sound great, it just "feels" good. Not heavy, but solid.
