Agreed on Maxwell. All we heard all year was “she’s not Jordy Bahl” again and again. But toward the end there she kinda was.
of course she's not bahl.. she's maxwell.. and she should be proud of it... this year was about the pitchers and defense to step up and know when to step up.. that's what coach patty and her staff know how to bring out the best out of them and keeping them calm and not to break down .. still has great freshman players in the bench right now.. so I do believe they could go for 5-6 more wcws

Hodge is most likely gone. Rumors swirling she’s going to portal. She skipped Saturday’s celebration.
The best play for me was when kelly struck out the pinch hitter for texas with runners on board. She had ice in her veins.

I didn't see any reason or actul events, errors, for criticism of Sydney Sanders relating to her fielding, particularly at first base. Yes I do remember her hitting slump, So what most batters experienced them. She is arguably the best first baseman in college softball. JMO. I saw most of the sooner games and I only recall one grounder with a strange hop to it that she missed in the playoffs either against Texas or the Gators. Brito will be very hard to replace. She was incredible that their base. Her bat came back very well also.

Poor SJ Guerin, shes the invisible Sooner player. If she isnt in the portal soon im going to be suprised. She didnt have an impact play the entire season.
It’s way too early to talk about a 5-peat. Next year’s team will be very young. Plus, the competition in the SEC is unreal
I thought Coor was going to star after her Battle Series performance.She just failed to launch this year. I wouldn’t be surprised to see her move on.
I doubt it with 2 outfield positions open.

I hope she stays too. I just wonder how much her back injury played into her being able to play.
She did wear a back warmer when she wasn't playing. But she dove for at least 2 balls during the season and popped right up.
