I believe the prehistoric egg is real, but the minute he stated that the person who brought it into the country didn't have documentation, said to me that it was smuggled in illegally.
Also, the moment you mention something like that, no one wants to do anything with you.
I suppose too the dinosaur that laid it is not around anymore to authenticate the egg, that’s important.

They don't film real customers. Maybe on cutscenes but not in interaction
