In the beginning, two step turns can be tough. If you want to learn how to improve dance turns, watch these 6 tips for better two step turns. Being comfortable with 2 step turns is a necessity if you're going to go country dancing. It has been said that for the follow country two step is the dance of turning and walking. (for the leader, it's walking and turning her).
In two step dance, there are several types of country two step turns including pivot turns, chaine turns, and spiral turns. In addition to the footwork of the two step spins, there are many other things you'll need to consider if you want to be better at 2 step turns.

Actually, I've done Country shuffle pattern dance to Rock music at a biker bar. The patrons there thought we were great and bought us beer! :)

Best videos on dancing I have ever seen. You are a very special couple. I notice in your videos you say you can click here and see this video but I don't see anything to click. Example: this video you say this is the second set, click right hand corner for the first set but don't see anything clickable and really don't know what I am doing wrong. Country Dancing is done on an official floor, dancing the traditional dances. Country Music is written for the dance floor. This makes it country. More the music in my mind.

Country dance is the most fun you can have with your boots on.
Ha! Well... I guess there are some fun things that “could” be done with boots on (but this is a channel that is safe for all ages)
I tend to think of "Country Dancing" as made up of four types of dance: two-step, polka, waltz and line-dancing.
That’s a legit point of view and one that a lot of people in Houston would agree with. We just got back from dancing in Dallas and literally zero people danced polka. The styles danced socially are very regional.

f. 10 Step Shuffle
g. 8 count shuffle
h. Sweetheart Schottiche
i. Old-Time Schottiche
j. Country Schottiche
k. Almost any line dance

I think we’re with you for the most part. But not everyone would agree if we were at the country bar spinning around on our heads break dancing haha
holding hands with dance partner is country dancing...not done with all the stuff done now...just sayin. Also promotes relationships. Don't understand...Get back to your bible..
