- We'll take you through the process of aerating our Backyard Golf Course and explain the benefits of doing this. Why do they plug greens? What do they do with the plugs? The end result is always satisfying.

Here from Josh’s Video. I’m hooked on the Spud Run golf content. Love these types of projects and learning from people who are passionate about their craft. Can easily see this page taking off
Congrats on the collab man!
Green looks awesome. Great job.
I realize aeration is a necessary step to maintaining beautiful greens. But that doesn't mean I still can't hate the maintenance guys for doing it!
Don’t hate the player…..Hate the game bro!
I just totally love this whole concept. I have your mindset as well. None of what you do would be work to me. Talk about a good reason to wake up each day!!
looks like the green expansion has finally really come in. Maybe I missed an update but from this video, I really can see any difference from the old to the new. I know it was a struggle at times but looks damn good now!
It’s been an absolute grind to get the extension blended in. Still have only put the cup over there one time
Find or build a greens groomer. I'm a super I love your passion for this green btw. Also try some earthworks renovate or ecolite with your aeration or any kind of recovery process. I use it a lot. Shits amzing.
The way we work the sand in is with two wide stiff brushes tied be hind a golf cart.
Little spud got some moves with that camera. Come on!
Exciter to hear you got a big person coming on the channel. I hope it gets you the exposure you want/deserve. The bryan bros are in the process (pretty far along now) of renovating a golf course they bought and I know the people that like watching their renovating would love your channel and vis versa. I know it's a huge ask, but I really hope I wake up one day and hear you're collabing w them
channel keeps getting better! Nice work. Excited to see Josh Play it!
Love the videos! Interesting to learn about the maintenance/care
Love everything you have done with the course that makes it so nice and would love to come and play there sometime
This is and act of love-well done and carry on.
Scary but necessary. Great job as always.
I want to be a part of the spud run tourny this year!
lol love the way you pronounce air-ee-eh-shon
This is awesome Jeremy! I want to come and play! Augusta local who plays 4-5 rounds a week. Seem like a awesome guy! Would love to play at your course and talk with you about it.
Cheers!
We have our course closure in two weeks. Gonna be doing this to all the short grass
After I top dress I use a lawn level over the green and then I use a hose to gently flood it…. As far as the fairway plugs, use a section of chain link fence to drag them in right after, don’t let them dry they will turn rock hard if you have clay soils…
When I worked on a golf course we used most of the plugs to bury any Tree Roots sticking out in the rough area(s)
It's a labor of love 😘
I’ll be here to see who’s coming 👍
Aerated greens get a bad rap but they're are some bright spots to them. Sometimes they bump my putts in the right direction when they're going the wrong way, and you know in a couple weeks the greens are gonna look real good 🤷
I really think you could get the top creators like good good or even Bryson dechambeau to come out and many more.
Where is this at? I would love to come out and play
never heard even one golfer say (after a greens aerification) "I choke pulled a 3 ft putt for birdie on 8 then it hit an aerification hole, changed direction and went right in !!!"
yes i or we will rent your equipment! saludos !
Damn a 6 AM video
