I thought the arrangement and plan was that the project should be near to capital city of each state. Why did they site this project in this location, is this place near to the capital city ,or is it all about politics. Uvwie is in Warri area of Delta state, why didn't they site this project near Asaba the capital city. Even when there is already Federal housing Estate land allocated to Federal government and state at Asaba -illa Road just 3 minutes from government house by the people of Ugbolu. That empty land has been there for over 16 years and nothing has been done there. Delta state and politics of ethnicity. This a wrong site for this project and this might jeopardise the purpose of this project when completed. How many civil servants live here. Civil servants live in Asaba and had been complaining of the high cost of housing in Asaba.
