- Hey, Joe here! While installing my ZZP Cold Air Intake system, I broke one of my blow off valves... Instead of spending money on more OEM plastic valves, I decided to install a set of Turbosmart BOVs.
Again Joe breaking car channel law #1. You must take driving footage of new part sounds.
I messed up man, sorry.

Joe keeps doing this to us man. Same with CAI video. I was so excited for induction sounds, and put cheese on it starts playing. :(

Did I have to adjust the small chrome valve on top of the bov or did it not matter
Just have to make sure it’s oriented the way you need it, and tight. Be sure not to OVERtighten it. 👍

any sound difference from the stock bov to the turbosmart
I think the biggest difference in sound is the intake. Wasn't able to test the OEM BOVs with the new intake, because it was broken..

It just doesn't make much noise. Not sure I could even capture it on video. But, I may try.

Thanks for the feedback. I didn’t video a test because you can’t really hear them. Certainly not on video.

What size hose? I got the 7/32 vacuum already but have hard time finding the hose in stores. Think ill order one online.

Oh, yeah. These BOVs worked great.
that plastic does not like to be repaired with most glues, epoxies - definitely a nice upgrade, give us an update on sound, performance etc!

curious... when you say this is the model I chose... were there other models available. What lead to that specific choice? My clip also broke which is why I'm asking I too have the mechanics wire holding...
They have models with different diameter inlets and outlets, as well at ATS-V specific models. These worked perfect for me.
Can't Stand parts that are made of plastic. Moron engineers just to get the customer back into the dealership
