In this video, we will make the attendance sheet using excel. All the calculation is automatic. The attendance sheet will also auto-fill saving a lot of time. We have not used any VBA formula and used only basic functions to make this excel.

We had alternate working days scheduled by company during recent rise in covid cases. Instead of 8 hours working we were asked to do 10 hrs. Now due to some emergency i had to take a leave. The HR is asking me to apply for 3 days leave including holidays as per shift schedule. Here it is not sandwich leave policy. It is sandwich working day policy. I personally feel this is mistreatment by the employer. Am I right or wrong to feel this way.

Hello! How and WHERE (which cell...) did you add the formula for automatically adding the Rest Day (R) in the Attendance Table... The cells are already a data-validated Drop-down List and how to add this formula in the same cells! Could you please reply. Thanks.

say in a School there are 30 teachers, and each class has 2 division as 10a and 10b 9a 9b. And so on. One teacher may teach 10a one subject and not teach 10b but teaches 9a and 9b.. can this automatically be done? By entering one column ,teachers subjects and classes so that it automatically adjusts and not coincide two classes at same time?

Sir thank you very much it's helped a lot...but it's possible to add some features like advance payment, deductions like PF Esi, and other deductions like late fines and bonuses, loans,s, etc and abcouse salary calculation with edited holidays in the month because my work in contractor line there is no set of holidays so let the user decide the holidays.....then let make a new version of the video on it and it saved a lot of money...

If your total amount in PF is more than 50000 than interest is applicable.

If you have updated your KYC (PAN) or giving your pan copy during your pf withdrawl than you can save your money from tax deduction if i am not wrong here ;))
