Am Cameroonian and the worst thing to have happened to Cameroon is paul biya being president for 38 years and still doesn't wanna leave power. He has turned the country to a failed state and mass poverty and corruption
I’m sorry to ask but is ur country still at war ?
Yes still at war because of the 84 years old fart Paul biya who is determined not to leave power. It's so sad 4 real 4 real. Honestly the devil him self is rulling Cameroon
Same thing happening in Uganda
@@lendzemojoachimkimeng1318 i saw videos of cameroon in the early eighties just before biya became the head french puppet i must say cameroon was really advanced and prosperous during ahidjos rule, it had functioning institutions.
During Ahijo's u guys wouldn't dare to utter his name anyhow, but since Paul biya has given u freedom of speech,tu sais T'es fort n'est pas?
1:13 what kind of question is this? Lmao glad he flipped it back to her
Hahaha rekt
It's such a horror to watch this unfolding in Cameroon, and yet more disheartening to see the kind of responses some viewers are writing here.
Couldnt agree more.
Yeah... Some people aren't taking this seriously because it doesn't have anything to do with them.
Agreed, just had to reply on replies….🙄
I'm a Cameroonian who fled home when the military started attacking and killing unarmed youths especially men in 2017. I'm stuck in an Arab country and can't go back cos of this. The government keeps framing up innocent people fighting for their lives while the world watches. I was present in the 1st peaceful protest where the military killed several unarmed youths. All we had in hand were peace plants
That's just the thing, the world isn't really watching. This is the first I'm hearing of any disturbance in Cameroon.
Stuck in Morocco?
Lier fool
We know both sides are carrying out gruesome crimes , no need for them to denie.
I'm still saying,, Africa is blooding.. No peace in Africa.. God save Africa.
God didnt ruin it.
i like this officier he is so elegant and know how to speak
The first place they stopped at is my home town Ekona, with so many good memories , spent most if not all of my life right there and we were a happy people before all these, now to even live there is a big risk , leaving so many people stuck in places they never intended to. We want peace
Beautiful Nature in Cameroon. They live in a green paradise and don't even notice.
Oh! Mama Africa are we going to be living like this, African on African crime it's really sad to be watching it.
"Africa to Unite/Unify!!"!!??
"Asia to """!!"?? (Too!!)??
(M.K.S.).
("M.K.S. 4 (for) =Asia/Africa!!!!"!!).
These people who are interviewed who play the whole of ex ambazonian fighter are not even English speakers.
Yeah...I thought the same thing..I could not understand a single word of what they said......
It is a dialect of English common in north and south west Cameroon which is the Anglo Cameroon called pigeon. Funny cuz I know it 😎
@@nba_nelo2758No, that's not pidgin, that is how a francophone in Cameroon talks English, struggling...
They are anglophone. They just don’t speak English that well. I’m Cameroonian and I can definitively say that they’re from the anglophone region.
@@tripstore8638 francophone do speak English as it should, but that's is pidjin, a kind of broken English mixed with some local words.
It is sickening to be fighting over foreign languages. Who cursed Africa?
french camerun vs english camerun.
Africa was cursed before foreign languages arrived. The problem is humans. Not the nationality. Just greed and thirst for power.
Foreign entities wanting a destabilized region that’s easy to exploit for its resources
@@jugganaut33 Well stated. Greed and thirst for power occurs in every place and language. It may not resort to blood shed, but it is the human race that is cursed.
And skynews wanted or expect the government to accept their wrong doings? Talk to the people independently not taking sides
Thanks to shy in the investigation of southern Cameroon problem
Im so terified because my mum is a police officer in the anglophone region.
My cousin was killed and i had to fled the country for safety.
God please i want peace and love to come back to our country😭😭😭😭😭
The will be peace one LRC pulls out its military from SC
Damnnn...they're so violent!! No empathy! 😲
We're in 2022 and this war is still on . God have mercy on my country !!!
One Cameroon, full stop. No anglophone, no francophone in Africa. This is imperialism.
Yes agree
The brutality all across the planet is UNIMAGINABLE!
The world is NOT OKAY!
education still doesn't reach in some parts of the world
Never was. Toughen up Joe.
@Reid James educating people make them civilize though
@@xsystem1Not at all.
Im almost sure I saw the same reporter in Raqqa just after it was taken back from IS, she is amazing!
She's terrible. Horribly bias and pushing a narrative.
She's terribe at asking questions
its October 2021 pls it's gotten worse , pls come n do another interview, it might help the world know what we gox through
So their reenacting the hundred years war, but instead of England v France it's English v French...Ok
Wherever there is a conflict be sure there is Britain, France or US
Incredible reporting, one of the best on this anglophone crisis in Cameroon. It started with a protest, now it's a civil war. International intervention is the path forward
💯
I'm getting good vibes from Arica guys... I see a bright future for those guys!
I am a Cameroonian this crisis took many people and member of my family please we need help
Ambazonias and Biafras, a MUST. Long lives Original peoples of Biafras and Ambazonia worldwide. Biafras/Ambazonias Land is Bantu Afrikas fighting against evils within & foreign.
I took a DNA test(I am African-American) and the test said, that I was mostly, southern Bantu, Cameroon Congo.
And I uploaded it to, another company, and it said, that I closely resemble Fang, and Bamoun. Why dont all Bantu adopt Kiswahili, it can be the beginning of a powerful trade, defense, mechanism, on the continent, of Africa, as the vast majority of people, have at least some Bantu stock.
I am in the process of learning Swahili. JAMBO BROTHERS, may all people of African descent, come to an understanding.
Ambazonia is a terrorist set
united cameroon freedom for oneself does not mean terrorism.
Who created these countries? Why must they be forced to be part of something?
@@unitedcameroon1341 That's what the government says but have been proved to be liars a lot. Want me to give examples I can, just ask.
Reporter the french cameroonan military
First soldier they speak to is english 😶
Okay now that was epic
What was?
It would be great if Sky investigate the role of Britain in the decolonization of Southern Cameroon and what must be done to correct the wrong of Britain to the people of Ambazonia. Why was their right to self determination taken away from them by their colonial master?
As if they will.
Emma A - Because when Cameroon gained independence it gained independence as a single state.
Cameroon was divided in the interest of colonial masters. Joining people of different cultures, traditions, language etc just as Nigeria.
Ammbazonia was given the choice to either join nigeria which has a majority english speaking anglaphone population or join French French Cameroon.
Where’s the disturbing scenes ?
Similar happened in San Francisco Ca
That one guy had a Ramones t-shirt
Thank u skynews for this exposure tho its old. I live in one of these "hot areas", an its just as u have seen.
Damn!!
This is madness
No, this is CAMEROON!
Rethought institutions at village, regional and traditional levels can emerge and provide renewal.
Is there a black country that is not corrupt, well ran and very progressive?
I will rephrase your sentence is there any country that have ben colonized by European invasion is not corrupted, and the answer is NOOOO all of them are still under the control, and any public who try to go against them their whole county go to war suddenly, take for example what happened in Algeria in the 90"s and Sudan in this last years and Egypt and Mali and many other.
all the people in control of any country are a doll controlled by other countries

hmm is this france vs england in cameroon? mark thatchers gotta be there somewhere
How can we be English or French Cameroonian?
Sky News Reporter is clearly biased against English speaking Cameroon aka Ambazonnians. Please balance your reporting.
Thanks for speaking up ma, am sure those praising her didn't understand her report, I was there from day one of this crisis, bullets forced me out of University of Bamenda and made me a dropout on the street, any reporter should fear God and do justice in their reports
Macron is to blame
France designed and implemented a policy of assimilation in anglophone Cameroon. Macron, in practice, has not departed from the old ways, so the OP is not far from the truth in pointing at Macron as one of the causes of the current violence
Read the looting machine by Tim Burgis. It’s foreign corporations and and government looting Africa for their natural resources. They turn these people against one another, they are fighting one another to be in control of the land that has the resources.
It's start way before macron's presidency
I used to live in Bamenda Ambazonia 😢
Mother Africa! Oh!
Looks like actual hell on earth. Thank god I'm Anglo.
It's not a Cameroon conflict! It's an international war between 2 independent countries-La Republique du CameroUn and Ambazonia!
And one side is NOT THE SEPERATIVES! There is no document anywhere that was signed by anyone to make former British Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) and CameroUn one nation.
STOP MISINFORMING THE PUBLIC!!
Anglo phone, Franco phone ,all European languages ; colonial legacies used by Africans to divide ➗️ themselves and fight a foolish fight.
Cameroon is one and must remain as one
The Anglophone regions held a referendum after independence, right? I believe some regions ecided to join Nigeria but these voted to stay, right?
i hate such things, why should we seperate each other we are all africans, cameroonians, United states of Africa
The problem is and has never been joining Cameroun . The problem still is that Cameroon want us to remain their slaves, without any political participation, and has violated every one of the agreements made before joining them. Therefore, we have the rights for self determination and we want to go our own way. We came together as 2 entities of equal statues, but they decided to strip us down in to becoming a region in their republic.
Cameroon is destined to separate, nothing can stop British Southern Cameroon movement to independence
This what happens when ppl want rights and a better way living most time it's not all wat seems
Oh yay oh yay=callin the ice cream truck
Watch my episodes of traveling through cameroon by motorcycle from Spain to SA. Dangerous
The soldiers are of course under their leader dictator Paul Biya

Ambazonia ✊🏽🦍🦅
BIG UP MA ANGLOPHONE BROTERS
The cycle is unending and all sides always loose
The flipside: There areeople all across the country who have the drive to turn the nation to prosperity by developing industrial, social and cultural sectors. Communalism and hospitality is deeply rooted. A change from inefficient public and economic systems conceived previously when the nation came out of independence and an administrative system was developed.
Dam shits crazy what these men do
Ambazonia must be free 👊🏋️🙏💕🌄
Why Cameroon crisis has been ignored by the AU and the west?

crazy
One day they will be Free like south Sudan
Whether the international community likes it or not! Ambazonia will be free!.
The should do the right thing.
There were two Cameroon’s.
What happened to the other ( southern cameroons) ?
The violence is both ways. All of them are equally brutal but the separatist more so than the military. The civilians who wants nothing to do with the crisis are the victims.
if they want to separate just let them do that. why kill each others.
This is Cameroon government doing this
I dont belive soldiers of a country that is our ally would have cause to do anything illegitimate we should view them as a part of the us military
I'm speaking English, what is anglophone
One more wonderfully run African country
This world is tearing apart little by little. My father in heaven Jesus Christ hear people's cry some many people getting killed all over the world.
If it's not vaccine mandates, it's civil war, if it's not civil war, it's genocide, if it's not genocide, it's greed and it keeps going and going my brother! All people, should be born with a GOD given right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as well as the right to CHOOSE what's best for their body/life/beliefs and etc! An attack on freedom comes in many forms, just like the devil in the BIBLE! He comes in many forms! The WORLD must see that an attack on ones freedom to take a vaccine, is the same as taking away ones right to live peacefully across the World! When this is understood, we will then have a clear course if action to take! I'm afraid it's up to us in our individual Countries to fight for what's right, hold those wrong accountable and stop trying to make wrong right, right wrong and take care of our planet and respect each-other! GOD Bless brother!
Anywhere that joggers live is like this they can never seem to get it together and here we are 2022.
How can man do this to his brother? Such wickedness. Repent!!
Because of greed and lost for money and power, in complicity with some Western powers.
Africa will never become one nation in my life time.
Like what other continent?
even hospitals came under attack! is that happened during ww2?
Hasan Foyejul Rotterdam surely, problably Warschau and Manilla. Caen, Berlin, Arnhem, a lot I think.
It happened a lot in WW2. Cities were raised and burnt. Neither the fire or the unguided bombs care what they take with them.
