When you open the games, its slower on LG Q6 because it has curved display and it takes some time to straighten up resolution. Once you set your resolution it actually loads faster.

Aryan Narayan Yeah well since the update for android 8.1 stuff has not been doing well. For example, if i install/uninstall a big game and i try to do something else at the same time, the phone just freezes and i have to wait a few moments.

my opinion, u cannot do some test with different platform and with different os. There are to many factors such as developing tools, and code quality even with same apps. So u can't decide which one is faster just by opening same apps together.
Maybe iPhone is faster, but lg is more beautiful, and have better screen and many other things

when you using an android, don't close any app by pressing home button.. it doesn't close it but just minimize.
So when u close 1 app by home button and then u open another app, your android work for 2 apps.

I had LG Q6. I currently have LG G6. Both are great phone. But I think comparing these phones with iPhone is useless. IOS is entirely a different experience. I am using an iPhone SE too. I can assure you that, regarding speed it's way faster than LG G6. iPhone 6 is though a downgraded phone in comparison with iPhone SE.
You should try opening the apps again in the second round test... It will prove which phone takes lower time to open background app.
Lg q6 for €300 or IPhone 6s 16gb for €200? I really need the storage on the lg q6 but i can get the 6s for cheap and i know its a bit faster.

в игры на телефоне не играю по этому как то не впечатляет. Да айфон пошустрее но и дороже, да и потом основные функции такие как позвонить отправить смс. работают одинаково.
скоро месяц будет как пользуюсь LG Q6 впечатляет экран, телефон не сильно большой нет ощущения лопаты в руке при этом информации на экран помещается много. Пока только плюсы.
забыл добавить про LG звук с динамика у него ГОВНО ВЫСОХШОЕ +камера мыло жёлтое фото и серое

I am Italian living in Italy...I have a Q6 since september 2017...I think it is a pretty good mobile but maybe too expensive at the drop on the market..when I bought it it was 299 Euros but at special price discounted from 349...like a theft...now it is very cheap if bought online...
And I swear sometimes when I tried and it was running even less fast than my old Samsung S3 sometimes...not good Camera options and quality (and lack of focus /it doesn,t have an Image stabilizer as samsung...sometimes software is crashing etc...etc) of course it is not a flagship but as my first LG I would expect more quality (for the price payed I guess it is better a Xiaomi same level .. )
Especially because I bought it in the second quarter of 2017...so they could have choose even better options...I mean better features at the same price...Instead of putting a 2016 processor (old) but anyway...of course it is fast and it has a longer duration of the battery but a Samsung of the same level it is definitely better in quality..on top of it, LG has a faster depreciation, bad assistance (not good as samsung) and a shorter life as well ...but That is only my opinion...
Last week I bought LG q6 for my wife and I was so confused whether I should buy an Iphone for her! There was a difference of less than 7k b/w LG q6 and an Iphone (I think Iphone se) in the store we went. My wife made it simple, she opted for the LG q6 and saved my money though I was ready to buy the Iphone! No issue so far with LG q6, infact its a very good phone I would say.

The 1st one where you turned on contact's the LG Q6 opened a little faster but still gave points to both but when the LG Q6 opened a little slower when you turned on the alarm you gave the point to iphone only so thet means im taking away a point for iphone

Man this is a shitty comparison.... Lg q6 has an awesome screen set the resolution right in the games and you'll notice that it's much faster easily beating iphone....
Ayy i have a Q6+
All i have to say is that it might not be an iphone (which lets be honest, there are plenty android phones that work the same or even better, you are just buying it for the name) but its hella reliable. The previous phone i had was a LG Bello+ with only 8 gb of internal storage and it lasted me for 3 years and is still usable to this day. So i think the Q6+ with 8 times the storage and better ram will be with me for a long, long time.
Oh yeah also you dont have to jailbreak androids to customize your phone ayy

Lol Android and Ios.... When you shut down the phone all the processes get stopped in Android but in Ios they don't.Also LG has a boot animation to play while Ios doesn't have one and therefore it boots faster. Not that LG Q6 is slow but you never gave time for the system to settle. Ios doesn't need time for system to settle as processes still keep running. But android phones require some time for the system to settle. This is unfair actually.
It's a comparison between 2 totally different operating systems.. You can't just say one is slower. Put Android on the iPhone. Much fairer.

LG Q6 Is a good smartphone But the camera is not good in low light, And i dont appréciante the software treatement of the Photo, In Game, you can see big differences when you play PUBG mobile, In Iphone 6s you can play in HD with no Lag but in LG Q6 You play on low résolution with biggest lag... LG have a good Battery but its make 3Hours to charge and Iphone 6S make 1Hours30min to charge and its make a good Photo and video...in this Versus, For me Iphone 6S is the winner...

My opinion is that this test isn't right... All games or are made first for IOS and than for Android or are better optimized for Iphone....The main aplications respond at twice good but at the chapter of game isn't right.
