Hours of daylight = 7.5
Location: Scandinavia, Denmark - previous viking country. North Jutland - sea, spruce/pine and hardwood forrest. Some of the most remote in Denmark, but a lot of people in Denmark so limited how remote it can get. A lot of birds and deers etc. No bears, only a few wolves - nothing dangerous for campers. If you want to do the same in Denmark you need to be the owner or get the owners permission.

Consuming: Water, juniper tea, bread, duck, oysters, soup with duck meat, raw cow meat, dried sheep meat.

A few questions:
1. Who is Morten Hilmer?
A nature photographer from Denmark and a dear friend of mine. Morten is specialised in Arctic and Nordic wildlife. I am currently living together with Morten on his farm in Northern Jutland. Morten has filmed some of the footage in this video.
2. What kind of bread were you baking?
In Danish is it called "snobrød" which can be translated into "twisted bread". It is a very common method in Denmark. Some of the benefits of "snobrød" is that you can watch the bread during the baking process to make sure nothing gets overbaked and the simplicity of not needing any cooking gear. "Snobrød" is also very quick to bake, only about 15 minutes.
3. Did you catch any fish?
No. Pike was the goal, but no luck.
4. It has been a year since your last video... What have you been up to?
Sorry. I have spent the time learning more craft - mainly log cabin building and old constructions of forge welded axes.

@Mehdi Joukar many countries dont have 'free' land.
Even if the government owns it or it is a national park doesnt always mean it is free-for all. In many european countries, national parks are used to preserve nature, so camping is not allowed.
Exceptions are 'crown land' in canada. BLM land in the USA (i think, not completely sure) and in norway& sweden there is the 'allemansratten" that means that people can basically freely camp anywhere thats not a 'specific task'-land where camping is logically not a good idea (like farmland, sports fields, monuments, military bases etc And, ironically, some national parks,!) and not within sight of a house, for three days, provided they dont destroy, cut live wood or make a mess.
In norway you can even stay in the wilds longer, either three months or a year if i recall correctly Both norway and sweden have many spots where there are small shelters or fireplaces with a bench and a table to make wild camping easier.
But the rest of europe wild camping is mostly forbidden afaik unless the owner/organisation that manages the terrain gives permission.
Denmark apparently is one of the countrries where nothing is allowed without permission.
@Mehdi Joukar the mountains are owned by "the state" and they usually make laws what you can do there. And in most countries these say you cant camp, unfortunately.

Легенда то вернулась, а вот качество контента осталось в прошлом году! Видимо долгий перерыв сказался на потере хватки и той изюминке что была у Бертрама в його роликах! Набор кадров без особого смысла, 7 дней бушкрафта впихнуть в 12 минутный ролик! Шо попало! Надеюсь возьмёт себя в руки и начнет пилить годный контент за который мы все так любим Бертрама! Время покажет.... пс. Единственное что не поменялось так это его выражение лица с улыбкой от всего происходящего! =)

I remember Bertram purchased a small plot of land where he cut down the large tree. But after just a few videos, he took a year off. I hope everything was OK with the land, and he managed to keep it despite the long break and the global shutdown. Glad to see him back
