  • In this video I have painted the seat and pedestal black for starters.
Then we move on to making the glazed panel for the belly gun, missing in the kit. Once that is done and fitted, we get on and struggle with getting the fuselage halves together.

Hi Nigel, the Lancaster is loking absolutely fantastic, I am like you, I place glue all the way along the two halves of the joint, it always good to see you guys get to the point of the build when you get the joints done, then it is on to painting, bedt regards from a Kiwi living in Australia, Les

Loving your work as always, I've just started the HK 1/48 Dambuster and rewatched the other videos in the series and it's been invaluable, thank you! :)

Don't know if your circle cutter brand has them, but DSPIAE also have a center finder for their circle cutter. May
    be that would help?

    Loving this build..
Thanks Nigel.. Hope you're groovy.. I ordered my HK 1/48 Lanc from Antics in Bristol on my last visit to the UK February, still hasn't arrived.. They said they have to wait a long time for their deliveries from them .. Does that sound normal to you?

    Excellent glue up tips there.
    Especially the cocktail sticks!
I seem to have some areas of dried Tamiya extra thin that is now a thin clear film (overdid the extra thin I would think). What do you do here? Just leave them or a fine sand over?
    Thanks!
