I did a number of Party Bonus testing recently and wanted to provide info on what I found. The Party Bonus range is that you (obviously need to be on the same channel, but I've come across a number of fellow players who are oblivious of this fact) need have the party members' blue dots visible on your own mini-map. If you get out of range of these dots and they are no longer visible, I've noticed a difference in the EXP drop numbers where they will no longer be divided among whomever is in range and you get the full EXP amount... which to me means the entire bonus is no longer in effect.
Also, I was farming in Winter Wonderland at the High Footsteps for gold while another party member, within range and visible on my mini-map, was farming in the Low Footsteps for Dragonet Hatchling soulstone. Every now and then I would randomly get one of these soulstone, which leads me to believe that drops (at least soulstone drops) are shared. Unfortunately, I don't recall if I got any other Low Footsteps drops (I'll have to make time and have a willing test subject with me again) and I haven't really been able to test other location drops as the other mobs at my level aren't reasonably close enough to properly test.

Here's another way you can check if your party buff drop and gold rate is activated. Go to your character and you see the magnifying glass thing that will show your stats ,scroll down and it will show the percentage of your drop,exp, and gold drop rate buffs
So to make sure youre in the right spot check it thru there!

and NOW i just notice that after i watch your video, there's the warning sign appear that "must be in same channel and near party member" OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so i'm always AFK Party with standard 1% rate ALL THIS TIME?! i never thought of that because my hours drop feel decent, OMG!!!

they should make it obvious like, just highlighting the % drop rate that player currently at. maybe everybody will get it if it like that, no need to read the MOVING SENTENCE.

It happens to me that when a join a party in the same place, in a different package everyone, in the same channel and a was getting less than half of gold and exp.
the field boss has a passive that heals them per 5 secs
Vulcan - 300k hp regen per 5sec
Giganti- 500k hp regen per 5sec
its not about the equipment and dying its their passive

Most of the time in searching for party people don't rename their party name to easily determine what theyre farming or if its a farming or boss pt, etc. I hope ur video reaches those ppl and also those in party but solos in another area, beats the sense of the party bonus drops lol.

I wish the specific areas in a zone had different names, so the groups can be more specific with where they're farming. Be that names or just different numbers...
Or different ways to classify party areas...
They also need to increase the word cap for naming parties, short form names can make it too short or vague for people to understand sometimes.
I might be wrong, but i think the buffs from party farming is effective when you are in the same channel with everyone, no need to be in the same floor. Because i've done a lot of random party chaos field farming, and i get all the buffs without being in the same floor with them, so i can farm different monster pack with drops that i need. Cmiiw

If I am not wrong, if you see a blue dot on the mini map, you are in the range. This Party system is confusing to be honest.
Blue dot on minimap as far as I can tell only indicates a guild/friend member and a light blue is party member.

"Don't use fire on Vulcan" is probably the dumbest advice in NNK, boss HP automatically regenerate whether you hit it or not.
Agreed. The more nuanced thing would be whether or not deaths heal him. Which is irrelevant because if his regen is strong dying (in a way) still heals him. Because there is less DPS. So just don't die. LOL
Really wish I was a bit stronger when I did that farm. I died over night an lost so much possible uptime. Be careful not to make my same mistake people, properly judge what you can handle like Giant did.

Soo if you pop three or 4 potions and then get Pkd , you lose your potions? May be smart not to pop many of them when going afk, early game don't matter , but there are a bunch of peeps running around killing people farming afk.
AFK mode would prevent this because it logs you out if you die!

How about drop rates, is it affected by level gap from monsters? Any specifics
Drop rates are within +-8 levels of your main level. Up or Down. Otherwise rates are effected.

I really wish WoTV would set up Guild Auto Farming and just pool NRG amongst the participants. Seems like NNK is doing it right.
I also hate that when I open a party and then a party member farms the pack that you are farming, effectively gimping your loot for no reason. And thats when I kick them, set combat mode to Hostile, and hit them with all three of my bursts.
If things aren't dying faster than they respawn it's fine - the added DPS keeps you up with the spawn rate and the drops will be somewhat similar. MAYBE lower, but it's not so inefficient unless both have range turned down and end up standing there without a target for a few moments waiting for respawns.
EDIT: I will grant even without clipping spawn rates, I'm not arguing it is equally efficient. Heavy AOE game that this is, its better to have more things to hit than just killing them faster. I'm just saying it's not THAT inefficient.

Is it okay when the party members are in different channels? Or do you have to be in the same channels to get the bonus?

In the auto battle settings, do you need to set the Auto Battle Counter outside range to ON when AFK farming? I can see you have it ON so I am curious what this setting would do in AFK party.
If you are in a higher level area you can turn it off.
Depends, if you're a melee who doesn't want to move around, set it OFF. But if you're ranged and wants to be able to defend yourself from getting PKed, set it to ON and change your PK setting to neutral.
Bruh im so annoyed with parites in this games, not beacuse of party system but because of people 90% of people are stoopid and dont know how parties and CHANNELS work.
Preach dude I COMPLETELY understand. Although I do think there is an element of a few people thinking that party drop% works cross-channel [which I havn't checked] so essentially you party up, stay in different channels, but still get the benefit of enhanced drop? Not 100% sure havn't tested it myself.
@@DoctorDiggs To be fair I do see he party size bonus 5 etc , lit up in blue once people are in the party whether in different channels or areas i have no idea if it is actually functioning tho. But for sure shared party drops have a range.

i am new to nino kuni and understand nothing, i probably in field boss party but go on my channel and beat it. only staying in it cause of the party bonus mentioned.
didnt know the closeness and gain concept. and i am an adult. there are kids playing this too who wont look up for videos on how to's and such and just smash and enjoy.
A game like this needs an endorsed youtube guide like partner so that it becomes less annoying for other players and more enjoyable for noobs like me too..

I actually think the best way to farm territe right now is to farm monsters below your level. I'm unsure if party helps territe farming. But in my testing an alt farming territe at Lv.35 on floor 1 got more territe than my Lv.55 main farming Lv.60 mobs on Floor 3.
dude you should try redirecting other afk players to monopoly a mob group for yourself. Just slowly pull the mob aggro away from the spawnpoint and the player will follow the mob. With a few tries he will be so far away from the original mob pack that he will relocate to farm at another mob pack leaving it for you alone to farm :)
Or... change channels and not be a dick? LOL
The challenge is to find a farmable spot for 5 people. Almost all the spots in all channels are being taken already

when I solo gold were around 20, I created a party and it dropped to 8,9,10? what do I do? disband the party?
Depends if you are boo boo method farming, or if you are straight gold farming. If straight gold usually soloing with pot is better.
