On person referred to the start of neoliberal economics. This a problem. The debt based economy affects things negatively.

I think the government have lost the plot on this as for the House of Lords, there is a number of them who are land owners in landlords.
I have a number of concerns regards this bill what is about the tenants not paying their rent so the landlord sufferers and not been able to make any improvements because they do not have the finances due to the fact that weather DSS or private do not pay their rent.
As regards pets this decision should only be made by the landlord not government.

If a government buys many houses and creates a government owned company that rents houses but not as social houses. The houses will be held long term. It should cover costs, but it can provide long-term rental to middle income people. It influences rents ( price influence).

The post employment post graduate, second generation degree holders relying on high net worth parents who rely on the labour market to permanently employ their adult graduate offspring start reaching hurdles when the health issues and cultural diversions and antisemitism starts kicking in, with mixed governments and there’s no external drawing source if over the age of 18, at least in the uk there’s the unemployment dol. outside there’s not much to deal and or content with! Especially with the labour market trying to collectively solicit low paying jobs!

Where are graduate tenants of graduate parents who are land lords supposed to draw from to pay rent to the landlords from where the landlord graduate parents think they doing their adult children a favor by not subsidizing rent and by not providing a source of rent and rather just discounting the whole rent amount with the “you should be grateful or I should be grateful attitude” like 500 gbp equivalent for like a tiny old sisters bedroom size room, kitchenette and bathroom, tiny. Pathetic financial system! 😂

Investment by private people in the role landlord of a house or flat to a high degree is not good for an economy as a landlord people do not produce product like car manufacturers .

How do tenants regulate landlord personal and or staff function accessibility where fixed race and or mixed nationality migrant type personal have access to residences/offices through low wage job tasks to do cleaning, gardening, washing, nursing, public health services, etc, where there’s no conversational solution and staff quality upgrades/configurations such as matching demography or gender diaspora switches requests and or switch outs results in inquiry throw outs by land lords due to cost increments increases, antisemitic conversation avoidance otherwise racism conversation avoidance and or request fix/changes inquiry throw outs?
