A comprehensive explanation of experimental currency (Web Notes). Creation and purpose of the experimental notes, currency type, denomination, series year, length of experiment, and identifying features.
I found a really nice 1993 web note just yesterday. Now, the small letter/number on the left is the plate position. If the letter/number are the same size, then it's a 50 note sheet. If the letter/number are different sizes, then it's a 32 note sheet. The letter on the right should match the letter on the left for position and the small number on the right is the actual plate number. Also the web press used by the BEP was Intaglio. There are 3 different printing methods, Intaglio, Offset & Letter Set. Any of these can be either sheet fed or web fed. The BEP uses all three of these to produce currency, sheet fed only now. You're getting intaglio, sheet and web confused and there isn't enough room here to explain. If you have time, call me any we'll have a printing 101 class.
Hey brother. Copy all on the information, and thank you for clearing up some of my mishaps. I'm tracking all. I got turned around on the rely of information. However I didn't know about the other printing method you spoke of. A verbal conversation would be nice, and might be well overdue. There's such an abundance of information. You have to be a historian as well as a numismatician often times 😂😂😂. Talk to you soon brother...
The H 110 is the number of the plate that was used. That plate had the etching of the images that were to be imprinted on the paper. There has to be a plate used to copy the onto paper (regardless of Web press or Intaglio printing). Look for the right of the note. If there is a single small number there. Your bill is a Web note. Check the signature combination. And lastly look on the reverse of the note. If there is a number above the E and not at the bottom of the E of the word (ONE). Your bill is a Web note. The are bills that were printed with series year 1993, that are not Web Notes. I hope this provides some clarity...😊😊😊

Correction. There will not be a single digit to the right of the note on the obverse. Time stamp 10::50 should explain...😮😅😊
Fort Worth Tx Not Dallas it’s two different worlds
