    The as I am scalp treatment cowash is perfect for me because I have Dandruff issue. And I don’t want to wash my hair again because I just washed it. My hair flake so fast, so thank you very much showing us that. I added that on my “what I should buy next” hair list lol

    Your curls look so good and healthy. I am glad TA that you started using more shampoos than co-washes....co-washing is good in moderation, like you said you have got to shampoo your hair. Still loving Miche, one of my holy grails. I wish CurlMix would add the deep conditioner to their regular line up. I do not use rinse out conditioners because I always deep condition after I cleanse. I also like to use the shampoo and DC from the same line, I think they are made to work together. So I haven't used the Curlmix shampoo yet. Still using CRN Crème Restore when I do co-wash. I did try Pattern shampoo and conditioner and I do like them. I am still using JessiCurl shampoo. As i am talking about these brands, many of them I tried based on your recommendations and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    Ooookkk, you ladies have peaked my interest and coins in CurlSmith. I have 4c hair, so I purchased from the orange (kinky) line. I also purchased 2 boxes of the hair vitamins. I am experimenting with the GoldWell Curly Twist (Amazon) shampoo and conditioner. Love, love, love it. Soultanicals and SheScentIt have the best deep conditioners.

    Yes! Before everything became shutdown, I finally found the Camille Rose Creme Restore. That is probably the best cowash I’ve ever tried. Sunday’s are my hair wash day and I tried the Miss Jessie’s Multicultural Curls and paired it with UFD Curly Magic. It was good. I love the Curlsmitth Scalp recipe line, it really helped my scalp issue. Great video!😃👍🏽

    Kinks & Kurls clay washes are the bomb. That is all I have been using lately. But you are right, there are so many good cowashes out there now. When I find one I stock up on it, then I find another and stop using the others. So I have so many now!

    Can you talk more about why you kind of backed away from co-washing?? I’ve been binge watching some of your older videos lately and I was like “omg co-washing may be what I’ve been missing”. Could you guys just go more into that though? Shampoo vs cowash? Sulfate vs non sulfate? Thank you!!:)

    • @AuntieSenSen
      @AuntieSenSen Před 4 lety +1

      Jazz M Co washing can be tricky. It depends on your scalp condition, hair porosity, texture and curl type. For example, I can’t cowash because I have an oily scalp and low porosity hair. This leads to build up for me. Also I use sulfates as I’ve never had any problems with them. Also I only wash 1x a week and my hair stays moisturized. On the opposite side, I have a family member who loves to cowash and doesn’t use sulfates. Her scalp is drier with high porosity. Cowashing maintains moisture for her. I hope my long winded explanation helps.

    I always think maybe I should try co-washing. But I love the clean scalp feeling after I shampoo. I would feel like my scalp will be super itchy just co-washing Lool, I’ll be digging my scalp til the next wash day. 😂

    Thanks so much for doing another series like this. I rewatched the whole series from 2018 and I took notes. Out of the 12 cleansers in the previous video, only 4 of them were in this video. It’s really interesting to see what has changed from then to now. My favorite cleansers right now are the Camille Rose Lavender Fresh Cleanse, The Mane Choice Tropical Moringa shampoo, Camille Rose Creme restore, and Soultanicals Shea yurvedic butta shampoo. Hey Ladies! Great products review, we have similar taste in shampoos. Your hair looks gorgeous as always. I may have to look into those CurlSmith products. 🥰
    Today I used the Alikay Black Moisture Shampoo (for the first time) and really liked it. I am currently using Belle Bar Organics Hair Masks in my DCs for the next 4-6 weeks. Will be using both shampoo and cowashes (after the DC) while using BBO. Also, wanting to try new products (while in quarantine) in my stash, I decided to try Alikay 'Knots Be Gone' detangler as a cowash. It worked out fine. The first few weeks (using the BBO) I used a shampoo bar from Bask & Bloom which I like. This bar contains Bentonite and Rhassoul clays and is also moisturizing.
    Other shampoos I like:
    Miche Beauty, Shea Moisture Red Palm Oil, Curls Blueberry Bliss, KeraVada, Adwoa Beauty, and As I Am Cowash.
    Shampoo brands in my stash I will be trying: Carol's Daughter (Wash Day Delight), Curls Dynasty, Honey's Handmade, Soultanicals, CurlMix Fresh, Camille Rose, Mielle, Mane Choice, and Uniqurl. 🥰

    I might try that Ouidad clarifying shampoo. Otherwise I can *not* buy anything else until I use up what I have! 😉 🤣🤣🤣 I'm not a big co-washer but that As I Am coconut co-wash is good! I also like Mo Knows Hair conditioning co-wash. Both leave my hair really moist and lustrous. Pattern Beauty shampoo (and conditioners--especially the Intensive--and leave-in) are fabulous. I also like Ouidad oil shampoo, Vernon Francois Pure Fro shampoo, and Adwoa beauty's shampoo (BIG lather and very moisturizing). Aveda dry remedy shampoo is also 🔥🔥🔥. I also still like Nexxus Keraphix conditioner.
