7 years later, they are both top 10 players
Both masters 1000 champions
Watching this after Indian Wells winning by Taylor Fritz. By the way,he won in the semifinal Rublev, and in the final Nadal. These two guys are 🔥. They just need more confidence.
fritz looks like he wants to go home lol
He always looks like that
Along with his lazy techniques. That's why he never gets far in any tournament
@@seaneckhart9914 this didnt age well lol
@@seaneckhart9914 this really didnt age well lol
@@seaneckhart9914 REALLY did not age well
Baby “BWEHH” @ 21:41
T. Fritz looks a bit like Pete Sampras
They were (and they are) so great! 🎾👏Enjoying watching this❤️
Really putting into perspective what
Alcaraz is doing, both Rublev and Fritz were 18 in this video and they weren’t able to play at a high level in atp top events.
17*
@@ethanhatfield6075 Right, thank you
💉
They were both 170 atp tho, imagine being one of the best 170 players in the world at 18...
There’s a massive difference between 17 and 18 and then between 18 and 19. Alcaraz was losing 1-6 2-6 to Nadal on his 18th birthday and then won in the same tournament a year later.
Fritz face and body language: "Soooo....I got to play this shit cause my dad..."
lmao
He is born into extreme wealth. country club child
lmfao, yeah but his demeanor is also pretty menacing because he looks always so relaxed and doesn't really care
These guys are pretty good, they might go pro one day.
yes, Rublev can actually win in 5 yrs from now ATP Hamburg! ;)
@@marinav2118 now in top 10
They did go pro. Fritz just won a master 1000 and Rublev is consistent top 5 player.
@@soundwave498 thank you for clarifying. I definitely had no idea at all (sarcasm)
@@soundwave498 it’s a joke 😐
Awww look how young and cute they look.
Soy fan de los dos son mi jóvenes y nos darán grandes alegrias
Ya están viejos
Is it just me or these courts look super fast ?
They’re shorter
@@BASEBALLfreakFORlife no their not
Yes, they seem very fast. Maybe the camera angle has something to do with it as well?
Not super fast but definitely fast and faster than most atp hard courts, reminds me of the ao courts of the last 2 years
@@BASEBALLfreakFORlife lmao don't say anything when you don't know XD
They already hitted the ball very hard but made a lot more unforced errors than today
14:19 amazing point !!!!
Dos adolescentes maravillosos. Conservan dus caras de niños y mi corazón prefiere hoy a Rublev ❤❤
Glad to see them as Jr.
Btw, Rublev very emotional
Andrey was already a little fashionista. Only thing missing was the Bweee!
Awwww, they're such babies here! Cute! Strong game!
wow that return tho! 11:36
One dangerous thing about Fritz is that his relaxation and his look is approaching Sampras, let's what he can do
So Rublev wasn’t grunting in this match?
Lol all grunting is fake and used to distract. None of these grunters grunt while practicing either.
@@e2go then you are clueless and didnt watch rublev training
@@e2go looks like you know nothing about tennis at all
i think part of that is they're close friends
bweh
Fritz just looks how to say it.. not present 😂😂🙏 priceless
I like how fritz racket sounds. There's a metallic ping to it.
Young Fritz from the back side looks exactly like Pete Sampras
These kids are pretty good, maybe one day we'll see them play in Grand Slams
Someone already made this comment 😂
imagine them playing in turin this year, full circle
They look promising hopefully we'll get to see them playing in future grand slams
Lame comment
Wild
Looks better than most of the ATP Matches now
6 years later happens the same but in a ATP 500
7 years later, playing masters 1000 semifinal
"Crowd" sounds like a US Open 2020 crowd. 🤣🤣
30:12 Micahel Mmoh ?
Big Yikes at 31:50
wait I don't understand please explain
@@insertname717 he’s getting mad at the ball kid.
@@Keylime314 oh thanks for explaining
@@Keylime314 not “big yikes” worthy tbh
@@FootballsFinest he is acting that way towards a child
5 years later, Fritz is married, divorced and has a daughter
You're ridiculous to say that
wj8 pywgw wtf r u talking about
@Mr Twister www.interviewmagazine.com/uncategorized/the-rise-and-pause-of-taylor-fritz-americas-next-great-tennis-star
It says here he divorced
He has a son, not a daughter.
Taylor Fritz is the great-great-grandson of David May, founder of The May Department Stores Company. I guess he just needs tennis for some spending money 💰💰💰
@@ych-sy1wc?????????

Angle vs. Pure power
Such beasts but it's funny to notice how scared threy get when it matters most
Rublev is futur in top 3
Rublev's forehand has been amazing ever since. But it's boring because he didn't say BWEH.
interesting to hear both fault and out
Fritz was better than he was now😂
Jokes 😂 Although I will say he definitely used to play more aggressively compared to nowadays.
what type of ball it was used?
I like Rublev's serve better here than now
A good indication of how good both Rublev and Fritz would become. I thought Fritz is a lot taller than Rublev.
Rublev is 6'2" yet everyone thinks he's small for some reason
@@apathak34
Looks can be deceiving but Rublev has the game to become the #1 player. The most important aspect of Rublev is that he won't smash a racket or get out of control after losing a point or the match. This type of player usually will continue improving. Rublev is now a few points away from being the best. I believe he will get there if he doesn't injure himself.
@@benthekeeshond545 Rublev is known for smashing rackets and emotionally exploding when things aren't going his way.
@@apathak34
Thanks! I didn't know that. Hopefully, he will change.
@@benthekeeshond545 won't smash a racket? not sure what rublev you've been watching lol
14:20 Epic point
Que edad tenian?
Andrei's forehand reminds me of Juan Carlo Ferrero's
cannot see any potential in either of them. No chance they can break top-100 one day
I agree. Especially that Rublev kid. Too one dimensional
😊😊😊
YOU COLD TAKE HAHA😭😭😭
Weird to see a bweh-less Rublev
Me gusta
Crazy trophy right? I kinda dig it.
Rublo already showed his anxiety
friz better than now haha ;) nice play general, good match :)
Some of those line calls were shaky as hell.
🤩🤩
Taylor Sampras?
How old were they?
18
👏
Challenger level at best, dont see them playing on ATP tour
Lmao you so wrong
Fritz still awkward with hugs 😂
They seem natural in comparison with juice Alcaraz
Rublev hasn't gotten a haircut since.
Is this apart of ATP?( I know nothing)
No. ITF.
They both are top 20 in ATP now
Fortnite God THATS crazy, uhh has anyone ever went straight to ATP after college or something? Or do they GOTO tournaments like these first before even playing professionally in ATP
Idk if that made sense, apologies.
I heard you need a specific ranking or something to play in ATP
23:32 - Karatsev.
Realy?
Not even close…
Fritz hates tennis can you tell?
where's the bwehh!!
Rublev with no wailing ?
Дети алигархов😏
Baby bweh
They have not changed much 😂😂🍰
Rublev already looked like a zombie at this young age
Why rublev look so short at 18 yo
he's listed as 6'2 but I don't think he's anywhere near that. More like 6'0
Gosh these kids suck, they're never breaking into top 10
30:13 did fritz sleep with his wife ?
bweh??????
czcams.com/video/NAsyYrzrhug/video.html mega kick serve
bweh?
Their gamestyles are still the same😂
No bweeeeeh yet! 🤣
he crossed. himself the wrong. way. lol
Was looking for this comment, unbelievable
Is that a Russian thing?
lolz476 I highly doubt it, probs just a fake catholic
lolz476 no the other dude has no idea what he’s talking about. Western (Latin) Catholics do left shoulder first, but Eastern (Byzantine) Catholics do it the other way right shoulder first. Eastern Catholics obv are more prominent in Russia, Ukraine etc.
@@trgjtk182 got it. Thank you! Looked strange to me but I guess to each their own
Rublev looks pretty good. He will be a good player but he'll never reach the top 10.
#8 dipshit
LOL
For the record, it was a joke.
RUBLEV ERA MALISIMO Y SIGUE SIENDO MALISIMO
What’s the use of watching this ? None of them will win grand slams, history will forget them, their careers are half over already. The latest among the lost generation of tennis players.
get a life man
Lol just goes to show you that Rublev's and everyone else's ridiculous grunting is fake, unnecessary and used to distract. There's never been anything scientifically to prove otherwise.
They grunt because they hit so hard. You idiot
@@footballnotsoccer115 LMFAO that's just asinine and not true at all.
