4 uncles who are pipeline welders. Wow. You're very fortunate to have that kind of help getting started in the industry.
Dead ass

I third that man. I’m going to pick up my Welder this Monday
Do it for love. The money follows.
@@sergiopalacios7566 We love the money
Been welding for 11 years, love watching videos like this. Never forget what got you where you are.
I don’t weld , I have a small landscaping company but dam does it hype me up see you grow in your industry.
Makes me want to start welding. Keep it up bro.
Keep dropping these videos. I’m in trade school rn and they helping a lot. Thanks gshit‼️

Thanks for the content! Guys like you keep me motivated!
Thanks for the feedback homie
I had a bbq restaurant near Austin, it failed this year due to Covid. I been stressing out trying to figure out what to do to support my family. I was doing DoorDash to make a little money. I found a Lincoln ac225 welder someone was throwing out while doing an order. I had been praying and wishing hard for a sign. Two weeks ago I decided I was going to use that welder to start up a custom BBQ smoker business. In two weeks I have 7 builds booked and over $15000 in gross sales locked in. This week I ordered a bunch of tools, equipment and setting up a small shop at my house. I’ve been learning a lot from your videos. Let’s see how this goes 💪🤞
How's is going bro? I hope you have had good luck in starting a business. I'm making my moves to get a welding rig together
ez pipe bro, good luck on your weld test cheers from Portugal :)
good stuff bro! keep it coming
Nice video really informative , you're an asset to your trade 👍🇬🇧
Chevy 1500 and a trailblazer, dope to see I’m not the only one 😎
what ever it take to get it done💪🏼
@@TheWeldLab What type of work is your friend doing with the 1500 Chevy and the Trailblazer? Great video!!
Start school in the fall. Full time firefighter right now. Can't wait to break out
hope to see you on the field one day
Fire fighter might be a better long term gig. Creeps like Biden laying off pipe liners, ya know.
@@davidspin5353 supply and demand bud, cant be dependent on oil forever.
Welder are the shit. As long as they make steel. There will always be a welder to melt that steel
That why they firer figth cuz they cant weld
Never welded with 8010 before. Cool to see these things.
great job ...greeting from Bulgaria
Would like hear your take on welding in the aerospace field. Thanks man keep stacking them dimes!!
Starting school this week coming up. Tryna get like y’all 💯
that's different. I'm a Boilermaker welder, I'm used to doing 6010/7018 fill caps going vertical. iv have never seen the fill cap done with 6010. i always figured 6010 produced a brittle weld that would crack easily. cool video, I found this channel looking for videos trying to learn how to back feed tig roots. Awesome videos
All depends on code right? I've seen 6010 down hand all the way to cap on gas lines. Might be 8010, the appearance is similar.
To this day I’m still mind blown about how easy they make it look
It is easy. They make it sound more difficult. I do it every day. Sick of all the ego around me.
@@slackjaw4817 This sounds like you are the ego
@Xen it's just welding bro. We're not doctors and astronauts.
Good job on this video Guys👍. In trying to support my arm sometime I'll lay a 2 X 4 against the pipe to the ground or put a ratchet strap around the pipe and lay my arm in the sling under the pipe.
Looks alright 👍
That's the complicated side, the left side, if you're not left, but I like that side, it's the one that suits me best at the moment, whether it's down or up, give it a try so kids are still going strong
Great job
Good job, slick cap)
Dope shit ! 🔥💪🏽
Thanks for the schooling......you got that test in hand homie...
i think one more practice coupon and im ready
Sick ass video , great content ,tips and tricks . And I already know how to lay beads lol
Pressure!!!! RICCCO always getting it in
#Covid_Season_2021
Well done
I find even with a weave cap . If you are just below flush it caps way nicer than if it’s filled out more and crowned in the middle . That’s my preference
ill have to try that !
@@TheWeldLab it works then weave cap horizontal to the ground
Hola, que tecnicas usan para la tapa?
Les quedaron muy padres !!
Like your videos getting ready to start learning how to weld and was wondering what part of west Texas your headed to
should of showed the straps bro but you should come down to corpus christi lots of work headed that way bro padre island is a nice getaway fr
Those dimes look so nice 👍
Right on
Órale ese, great job
BEST JOBS OUT THERE
I like more of a concave filler before cap, especially if I’m running a 2 pass cap.
Keep up the good work bro
Appreciate it💯
running a 6010 bead is easy . If you have harder pipe X70 (Gr.483)you would have to run 8010 through out there is a tendency for undercut 4-6:00 . 8010 is a fast freezing rod and having a more liquid puddle helps .Lincoln 200 big dial straight up and down then find the sweet spot on the continuous
I have few experience welding, I freaking love welding, I'm from Houston too, I was working as fitter and welding in a company called strong Fab on northwest Houston near jersey village and sad part is I was just getting $12 an Hour till they laid me off on December 21st. I wish had SS# to have the same opportunity that yall guys have and make little bit more money for my family... love your videos, and hope you can help me to improve my welding technique. One day I will become a good welder and hope 🙏🏼 in God will chase those big bucks like yall.
damn bro them paying you $12hr is highway robbery. Sickening ass companies out there be taking advantage of people.
Una chulada de family sticking together homie, yo soy de TX also and I've gotten into the trade...Videos chingones bro keep it up MEX..!
Appreciate that homie ✊🏼
Dope.
yessss sirrrrrr
Slick hot pass whipping it
Off the hook you guys really breaking it down
Is that a Miller trail blazer on back if truck in background?
Good video man new subscriber here how di the straps come out?
I got almost all the equipment to become a rig welder. I just need more practice with downhill. But I’m pretty sure i capable of getting a job already (with the rig) where can I start?
That vato said "act like ur stabbing somebody"! Lol
Hey I'm young and want to learn welding for later on in life don't have a welding machine yet but starting to watch more videos on it what's a good way to start learning?
Is that a miller trailblazer 322 behind you? I would how that machine runs
What code do you guys test under and and what's the cap tolerance?
Hi my Welders friends please when making videos of the welds also showed the flow of the current thank you.
How do you weld over grass without it catching fire?
You coming to the midland/odessa area?
What part of Texas is this? I’m from Austin and worked with local 286, but didn’t get into the union so I went to do open shop plumbing . Still want to learn how to stick weld man!
💪🏼🔥💯
🔥🔥🔥
Is thare a way u can put a lens on ur camera to see the welding in action. Nice job tho
U are valentire guy. Go ahead.
I dont even weld, but man great videos!
Thanks for the feedback 💯
that test is for pipe liner?
You go this güey
Did you use 1/8 rod??
Dope rico! You gonna get that. But I have 1 quick question about tig I’ve watched you videos on tig and how flush does the pipe gotta be till you can cap it . Can it be slightly below flush or it was to be completely flush
Slightly below flush that will guide you if you put it to flush is a little hard.
Do a vid on boilermaker tube welding
good idea
Hey bro so for pipeline test is a 6g
What size of rods are you using
Hello,i have a cheap russian welder Dnipro 300A .Can you help me with how many amps can it actually be?
What tipe of electrodes do you use?
👍👍
✊🏼
Hey bro! Tell me please, How much will it cost to get a welding certificate in America?
Per type of welding, e.g. TIG
I own this welding and work on pipes
Thank you
Hey brotha nice video and nice cap , I’ve been practicing wit some 8010 and I’m having trouble wit the cap on the bottom any tips on that would appreciate it . Also what do u have your ocv set on your machine thanks and keep up the awesome work
thanks man and i think one more practice run and ill be ready! try turning the heat down and when you down there make sure you on the pipe and can see clear for my ocv to be honest im not sure where they set at
@@TheWeldLab thanks brotha , much appreciated
I'm a 3g welder and u want to learn pipe welding. I have seen so many welders welding pipe.but they all started their from down to up.why do you start from up to down? I just want to know cause I'm a learner.
That’s going to help me lot I jus staring practicing thnk you
Oh did you pass the test bro? How'd it go?
That dude is slick as fuck
The vacancies for welder?
Lookin forward to another dope video
Please send me some merch bro ill represent in the north
im working on it know fam
Hey man, how do you stop it from drooping at the bottom of the pipe? No video really touches up on that
Speed up travel. Have the helper lower amps if you have one.
I want a Felix cat welder sticker!
what is the difference between a nickel landing and a dime?
So code doesn’t make you guys weld uphill??
My boy George
He’s a very good friend
I remember him from HP Piping
3:22 🤣🤣
Tasty beads, Brah!
🙏🙏
🤟🏼
Arkansas bellhole weld as far as you can on the bottom so when your on that off side you want have to
i think 2 more practice runs and ill be a pro..thanks for the advice
Can you give us the criteria you use to know if you passed on the root pass or not?
Root...everything has to above flush of the parent metal and no internal undercut both walls fused....there is tolerances ... buts it's a little bit,And if they don't like it they'll give a chance to fix(most inspectors).
Brand of your shirt?
Go for it hommie.. hook me up..
I’ve welded with that machine 😂
You sure have lol 😂
In the oilfield welders told me to practice more on 2 inch pipe cause its the hardest one to weld n once I got that down then I could pretty much weld anything.. is this true?
2 inch tip. Make your land larger for 2 inch. If you don't know what the land on a bevel is. You don't need to worry about which is harder to weld.
Yo. I got a box of 6010+ and a box of 8010 teach me and you can practice as well.
