I’m alone been alone 44 years! It all started about age 7 when I started huffing gas and drinking. Since drugs and alcohol have been my only friend! I thought I found someone who made me happy so happy she was my best friend and lover 7.5 years no drugs no drink, she cheated on me and left me with no spoken words, just a ghost! I’ve never felt so much pain. I’m so lost. I don’t feel like a man just empty! She has put an entire group of individuals against me, she has had me arrested and she has now slept with many and I mean many! I am stuck homeless on a different island. Lost completely lost and empty still sober and Dredging forward! Shaking withTears and snot pouring from my face while writing this Thank You! Thank U for U give my HOPE please never stop maybe you saved a life! Yes I may be alone but I have Hope!

The sooner you take responsibility for allowing such people into your life the better you will feel❤ Google what's called the emotional scale and put it on your phone as a screensaver and anytime something triggers you look at the scale and climb your way back up❤ God and all that is good is at the top of the emotional scale❤ you can even put that Bible verse in the beginning was the word the word is God and God is the word❤ that's to show the importance of our thoughts and words❤ just a minute ago he mentioned frequency well our frequency goes up and down depending upon where we are on the emotional scale in a general sense and on specific topics that make up the general bandwidth❤ go volunteer add an animal shelter or a nursing home and I promise you will feel better almost immediately❤

I have big anger and just hearing his voice(because its not bullshit and lies) calms me straight away. Amazing man and love you brothers. Encouraging my grandson to follow you ❤
