I tested The Chiron, Divo and Jesko with a Top Speed Run with the Out of Bounce Glitch, with the NoRevLimiter from Exopts and with Unlimited NOS. All Cars Maxxed Out with all Junkman Parts (In the My Cars Menu). The Jesko goes 667 Kmh, The Divo and Chrion only Goes 605 Kmh. So the Jesko is the Fastest Car in MW Redux
I have done the same with Jesko, I can confirm the Speed.

I've did a test with all cars in the game with ALL upgrades,and the fastest is the divo.
If you think it is fast you should try the junkman C8 Spyker for the best acceleration and handling in the game. Also, the Divo and the Chiron can actually reach their top speed (which is the same for both cars).
Bruh the car was so fast it shook the whole truck in the 3rd razor sprint...
the last body kit is the jesko absolut design, which comes without a spoiler

Damn I played the Jesko in the Redux and its absolutely fast. It has the same speed in the Regera R.
The Noble M600 is very fast too. I clocked 446 km / h on it.

I feel like the Junkman Parts don't even do this car justice to it's real life capabilities.
Technically it's one of the fastest production cars in the world right now (if not the fastest) with the Jesko Absolut estimated to go 330mph (or 532kph) and the Absolut is the version without the giant Wang (though it is supposed to have 2 fins on the rear where the spoiler attaches as they still provide stabilization).

The Jesko's top speed with all parts it's 570km/h. The highways aren't long enough so the out of bounds glitch is the only way
