As per my observation: Sytem set up: na - utilized naman nila kung ano ang meron lamang sila na available na rescue equipment like: hardware:carabiner's /software : like anchor straps, rigging slings, Rope like: Escape rope Life safety rope, depende sa iba pang tawag dito like main line & safety line pero nagawa nila na ma rescued ang casualty ika choose the most effective safe and efficient for the load and situation to as low as reasonably practicable, safe naman though ang mga equipment ay kulang talaga sa standard at right equipment for rapidly remove the victim from a dangerous situation. Sana mabigyan ang BFP ng mga New Rescue equipment ng national government Pang Main line Safety Line,Tagline, other equipment, tripod with chain, stoke basket, spec pac at backboard para equipped sila at ndi malagay sa alanganin ang buhay ng mga BFP rescuers paano kung confined space technical rescue na at require to rescue the victim as quickly as possible tapos ang gamit mo is ganyan. Salute pa din sa mga BFP fire fighter's na itinataya ang buhay.. Thank u for doing a fantastic job so everyone can go home safely.. 👍👏🤝
Hi ICTD Fire Fighters MABUHAY! I am a level 2 Rope rescue technician it was a very good technique that i have learn on this video. I was little bit confused on your system, maybe because there lot of modifications less equipments but you did it very well. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Obsolete na yun System and equipment. Too much time ng preparation and hindi safe. The BFP should adopt the international System and Certification like the IRATA, etc. BFP should learn Rope Access techniques from International Oraganization.

BFP should buy at least PETZL Harness and IDs. Rescuer should perform the with the highest safety standards.
