Trying to get away from the Turkish name, I’m guessing… haha… This is a very good version of it, if I do say so myself. Our friend used to make it for our family but when she got older, she gave me the recipe and I shared it with her blessing… I hope you do try it! @MomsGreekKitchen I named it the way I tried in Athens restaurant... I do still have a test of it. So, I am really happy you are sharing it. I will call it Ek mek moving forward.
