Nerd on a Budget it’s clearly Domino’s. Better deals and a better seasoned crust.
Dominos gets a bad rap, but it has been my go to pizza since I was a kid. Some people swear it has gotten better in recent years, but I have always loved it. 😉
@@avest.bavari Heck yea, the seasoned crust is what wins it for me. That buttery garlic though! Also, not a fan of Pizza Hut's sweeter sauce.

@@augustcelineiii946 I remember distinctly when I changed to Team Dominos. This was in the 2008-2009 time frame. Pizza Hut recently released their "Pizza Mia" to compete with Domino's $5-$5-$5 deals for medium pizzas. Their crust was bland, and their sauce was overly sweet. At the same time, Dominos JUST refreshed their recipe. The biggest change was the hand tossed crust going to a buttery garlic seasoning. I've been buying Domino's medium pizzas ever since, I like it more than some of the more expensive chains that don't do the cheap medium pizza deals like Papa John's, Papa Murphy's, etc.
These video's make me so happy, because you record everything in such a natural way it makes the audience feel like they're right there with everyone enjoying the LAN. These video's also make me a bit sad too, because pretty much my entire friend group has fallen apart, and I don't really have group of friends to do this like you do anymore.
Keep up with the great content, Danny. I have been watching you for 3 years now since the "$300 Extreme Value Build" video, and your content has just continued to improve. You never release a bad video. Thanks for being such a unique part of the Tech CZcamsr scene, and I can't wait till you hit 100k Subscribers! You deserve that milestone and much more.

Back in my college days, me and my friends would trow lan parties every weekend. But there was no sleeping!!!
My weekend routine would be: friday get up at 5 am, go to college at 6, come back at 1 pm, do my homework, then leave to my friend's house at 7 pm. We had the pcs always there, and we would stay up all weekend, well almost all of us. I'd be going to bed Sunday at around 8pm... so thats, get up friday at 5 am, go to bed sunday at 8pm. Last lanparty happened about 3 and a half years ago, but we planing to re-start the lanweekends soon.

@@nerdonabudgetSorta! If i get good rest and enough sleep during that week, i can stay up friday tru sunday, maybe can't take it all sunday but maybe half day lol. And i been dying to get into 7 days to die again with my friends in our server. We may hit some of the good old classics; Alien vs Predator was huge in our sesions, and command and conquer: generals. Also anything with a team deathmatch and counter strike.
I am binge watching all of the lanparty stories videos while recovering from flu. Amazing content. We usually have one lan per year but this makes me wanna organize more of them 😁 Can't wait for more stories!

I told myself there was no way I'd sit through 48 minutes of LAN party vlog at work, but here I am. 48 minutes later and just finishing watching the entire video lmao. It reminded me of all the good times I had at LAN parties with me and my friends, It was nice getting to learn some of the characters in this video, this felt like an authentic LAN and makes me miss having them.

My favorite part is just the memories of not only LAN parties from my past but also watching this series grow over the last few years. Everything from the game selection to the food to the ambience seems to change and grow every lan. If I had one question maybe it would be why not host the lan in that basement area where mankarate slept? Seemed quite a bit bigger from video but it may not have been. Great video as always.
Thanks man! This series is going 4 years strong and you're right, each time it evolves just a bit, but looking back to the very first video there's a huge difference. I can't wait to have a collection of these videos ten years and beyond! And the basement was up for consideration for the LAN, but ultimately we wanted to be closer to the kitchen and the living room where we had Smash and the big TV

Convince your friends! Show them the series and convince them how fun it can be and how you can build memories from them for years to come. We still reference LAN parties we had over a decade ago

Haha, honestly they're almost all the same. Mine is an Insignia 3.2L but I only bought it because it was on sale at Best buy for $30, I would buy whatever is cheapest because they all function the same. These work wonders, I love it!

Hey, if I buy used gpu by meeting person what should i inspect in the card to make sure it works?
Spin the fans, inspect as close as you can for dust, look at the PCB to see if anything is burnt and at the capacitors to see if any of them are bloated. The truth is though that all of these things can look fine and the card can still be a dud, only way would be to test it in a system or have them send you video of it working

Love the LAN party vids Dan. But one thing I wanna know...(I know it's a hassle) but could you, if your friends would allow it, ask your friends what peripherals they use? I know it's a small thing, since the majority of us have our gaming mice and keyboards, but it's cool to see who uses what and why they got it. I mean, I own a few mechanical keyboards and a couple of mice for when we do LANs but I just wanna see the variety in equipment.
Edit: trying to recover an Epic account is a pain. Got myself a gaming laptop, and couldn't remember my credentials so I shot a message to their support. They wanted card numbers, address, bills, IP address, etc. I mean, I'm all for security but damn that's annoying, so I have an epic account in limbo. It seemed a bit too much for me, personally.

I know this is really old but I’ve been trying to make friends with computers at school so one summer I could do something like a lan party
Hey NOAB, I want to buy a new SSD and move my OS and games to it, but I’m not sure the best way. Do you have any advice? Love this series, if you only upload 4 vids a year, keep these going
i used aomei partition assistant to move my os and organize my ssd and hdd on my pc
Ah crap sorry I forgot to answer this! Most companies have software that work to clone, but I typically use Macrium reflect or acronis, both which are free
Nerd on a Budget will I need to back up my data beforehand?
Always a good idea to back up your important documents just in case, however I've never seen a drive cloning wipe out the original drive, if it fails usually the source drive is unaffected
