Glad you mentioned the torque specs. When I built my bike, I decided to do the "umph" torque measurement. Well, 2 months later, I'm on a evening spin and my crankset popped out. I had to pedal 1.5 miles with one foot and coast down the hills and walk my bike up the hills.
