Dulce de Leche Cake / Birthday Cake / Two-Tone Cake / Cake Design / Purple Sweet Obsessions

This cake is made with basic chiffon, filled with Dulce de Leche and stabilized whipped cream.
I made this cake same day after doing the fondant painted cake that I also have uploaded previously. Had some trouble because I was rushing to get it done but I'm quite happy because I still managed to finish it lol.
About the drip, it wasn't really the right consistency. I let it stand too long I guess, another factor could be the weather since it is starting to get colder now. Basically what happens is that the more you let it stand, the harder it sets.. So when I piped it, it's a little less drippy than it should be. So to loosen it up, I put it the microwave for few seconds but it became too thin hahah.
Honest mistake when I'm just loosing patience.. lol.
Btw, this cake is covered and filled with stabilized whipped cream, recipe is posted here • Stabilized Whipped Cre... I made it two-tone, I colored some with pink.
