Ingredients for the peach tart:
1 large jar of peaches in syrup (Drained weight of peaches 600 g).
550 ml of milk.
40 g of cornstarch.
30 g of sugar.
1 puff pastry base.
Suggestions:
The puff pastry can be round or square, as you like.
If you make the pie square, you need more peaches.
I advise you to buy a large jar or tin and a small one, in this way you make sure that the peach slices cover the entire surface of the cake well.
