Thank you for this video. I never knew RB had mockups like Placeit. I have shared my designs on Pinterest - and now - I am doing TikToks. The latter is giving me more insight on what designs people appreciate and I am going to start adding more colors.

Tip for the template: The "Artwork here" layer is a smart object. That means you can double click it, will open a new window, there you can normally replace it with your image and when you save the file it will automatically update the main project along with the correct design perspective on the shirt.😊

Hi can you please share how to cut colour a design for screen printing in affinity. In adobe after I complete a design I just use trim function in path finder and the design just trims and i can easily do colour separation for screen printing. I don’t see that option in affinity.

Just your natural groupings and put your best selling "group" as featured and the best selling groups in order from left to right on your page

Cities should be fine on their own... just don't tie it to a sport or other thing that is trademarked
Juna when sharing on Pinterest - which I've yet to do would I need to adjust to any particular size? I guess when sharing products that is a no huh? If I didn't share but I wanted to upload on Pinterest then is there a particular size?

Great video... but... could you talk about "visibility" when you put a link on the post... it's like tweeter won't show your tweet because it has a link...and they assume that it may be related to a business... the same with instagram, if you have a linktree or a simple link... it wont get visibility. They want you to buy ads... how do you get around this issue?

So on Instagram you have one link you can put in your bio... You can use your RedBubble store as a link or use link tree to put multiple links.... You can also put links in your stories on Instagram if you have more than 10,000 followers....on Twitter you can post links on your tweet so it shouldn't be a problem.
Well I emailed redbubble regarding the Pinterest error and they told me that the Pinterest share feature is not working. Here is the response I got.
"Currently, promoting designs on Pinterest is not available.
This is why you might run into issues while trying to share your design on Pinterest or receive an error message like "Sorry, we were unable to fetch the image".
Our team is working to restore this feature, but at this time we do not have an approximate date for the solution. Please accept our apologies, we continue to work hard in order to improve the artist and customer experience day by day."

They are most likely tag spamming... you should only need 15-20 tags
That is exactly my problem, I tried copying the actual link on my part and it never show the actual product i want to promote, but instead only shows the design in it instead, it seems writing the product description is not enough,, so in mine i just crop the product pic in my red bubble account and save it and then upload to my post as a pic, only thing is i still need to add the link to the description instead

Keep it up but try different things, different subjects, different styles... if something isn't working try something else until you find something that works

😭 I pinned too many of my products on Pinterest in one sitting and they suspended my account. I'm trying to appeal it, but wanted to share in case others decide to play catch up on Pinterest by sharing directly from Redbubble. Previously I had been manually creating posts on Pinterest with mockups from Canva and Placeit. That took a lot more time and what I am most sad about losing if they don't let me have my account back. Wish me luck 🤞

Sorry... RedBubble says that they are not supporting Pinterest... the work around is to do it manually... I may make a video on how to do that

Give it 6 months and keep adding designs for different niches and in different styles

Q4 stands for Quarter 4 for the last quarter of the year... October, November and December... these are the months that sales are the highest because of the holidays.

Yes.... not a ton but about $300 a month

Depends on the month but about $7000 - $10,000 a month.... except for Q4 where it can sometimes double that.
@@DetourShirts amazing!! I am just waiting for approval. I failed at etsy and I didn't really like redbubble. Etsy was hard because I was using printful, from the uk, so the delivery time was 11-14 days. No one bought anything and my products definitely got attention. how is amazon at delivery time and prices? also thanks for replying I love your videos I really want this to work and you have inspired me into trying again I really love making shirts and stuff so thanks for taking the time to do what you do.

I’ve only added a couple of designs to redbubble so far. And I haven’t shared anything yet! My plan is to add my most popular designs from Etsy to redbubble. But yes - as uploading to redbubble takes so long comparatively, I haven’t done this yet - but it will happen!

Yeah I used this to promote on Instagram last year and it worked really well. I had to do it manually since it is not listed. Also tried Facebook but not as much success!

I want to promote it in inatagram too, but i can't put a clickable link in instagram post, any tips for this ? And i tried to put my redbubble link to my profile/bio link but it can't be added...i dk why
How did you do it on instagram?
@@cassiee3494 you create a business account for your store and use the link in the bio to send people to your site or shop. Then I used place-it videos and mock-ups to post on my business account. The nice thing about this method is if you already have Canva Pro you can set up automatic posts ahead of time and they will post automatically on the dates you want! I did this once a week since I already had both. If you have the money you can also use paid ads to get more views, but it is not necessary, just may speed things along!
I am not yet on Twitter or Instagram. If I join Twitter or Instagram to promote POD designs I make, is it best to register as your real name or as a "business" name (or some "studio name")? ?
I assume they only allow one account per email. Just wondering if it is best to use your real name or some alternative (such as "XYZ Designs"). Any advice on this? Anyone?
Either could work.... it's just what you want to be known as those platforms.... is it just for business or will it be a mix of business and personal?

Very useful information! Thanks! I had been doing pinterest but a much harder way. This definitely seems easier. Just tried the pinterest one but it kept saying "sorry could not fetch the image" so that doesn't work. :( I guess I will keep doing it the other way since that works. I would love it if they would add instagram to make that easier for me. I would likely do it more often if they would. - Heidi
