At the 14 minute mark people are looking for an actual answer At 60 mph if you think the storm is going to be that strong you need to board up your windows the answer is 60 mph not feelings and all this other dumb crap the reporter is talking about

Its got further to travel over the warm gulf waters. Just like Harvey 1 to a 4 quick.
