this mall feels so empty as seen in the video. there's not much foot traffic. being close to an SM mall is definitely not a good idea.

The pandemic was the cause of the empty spaces. This mall has the same vibe as Robinsons Galleria Ortigas, malapit sa SM Megamall at hindi dinudumog masyado.
@@lakwatsatour I lived in Cebu 2016-17 and even back then hirap na maka-attract ng crowd ang mall na to. Aside from being in proximity to SM City Cebu, halos walang jeep sa area na to. Isang ruta ng jeep lang ang alam kong dumadaan dito, yung SM-Labangon pero halos walang bumababa kasi nga karamihan sa SM pumupunta. may bus stop dito ang myBus ng SM and somehow that helps bring the commuting crowd. I actually like this mall kasi nandito yung famous Sans Rival resto ng Dumaguete at yung Starbucks dito tahimik at hindi laging puno.
