I have got the UMP 45 after level 40 so have my team members , again they DO DROP AFTER LEVEL 40 ,, I have got them and I actually use it, it’s one of my fav weapons. Again keep grinding it will drop after level 40.

I think at this stage in the games life cycle and especially now with the expertise system all of these weapons and gear that are pre-oreder and reffer a friend exclusives should be made available for everyone.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I had completed all of that but had no idea about the items to be crafted. I crafted the Savage Wolverine and got one that was rolled with Health damage and Damage to Armor and it’s AWESOME! That extra 30% weapon Damage is amazing and I added the Technician’s scope onto it and have replaced the Kingbreaker with it and it melts NPCs just as quick! I crafted the extra 20, so it’s now proficient and I just need to get more materials and keep playing with it to get it to my expertise level. I also love how quiet it is. Now I can hear other players while I’m shooting!

Do you consider caches as drops? I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten plenty ump45’s from caches and may have gotten some from drops level 40. May be mistaken about the drops but I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten plenty from conflict caches. Idk but I know I get them.
I just completed my Technician field research yesterday for the crafted items.
Lol, I wish I knew about the Ammo Dump before I crafted 20 of them. They still haven't fixed the Pointman/ Armadillo Vest as far as I know, so if you get an Armadillo Vest to drop (Just do countdown and select Body Armor target loot) you can donate it to the Pointman. You'll need 10 of them for 1 Exertise level, so keep that in mind
I got to lvl 20 by running Warlords over and over. Something weird happened at the end. I got to lvl 20 when I still had a couple of weapons to lvl up. It then went past lvl 20 to a quarter of the circle. I guess they miscalculated. Lol

Don't know if anyone else needs this info, but you can still get the stinger from the refer a friend Quest. A few weeks ago me and my friend made burner accounts and now we both have the blueprint
We need a raid system like others where we can get the raid exotics when public matchmaking

Bro just find a group on Facebook or a discord or just make friends in the game. All of these ppl will drop the raid exotics for you!! They aren’t really that great to begin with lol. I have everything from the raids except for a ravenous n my EB was dropped for me 🤷🏾♂️ I’m 10000% sure if I wanted a ravenous I could just get with some ppl n someone would drop it for me.

I've got the ruthless in the pre-order and you can't level it up past whatever level it came on or maxed out at back then and that's very weak I think it's like level 30 with like 4, 000 hit power or whatever and I have no clue how to craft or upgrade it or what parts it needs hopefully this video May cover it I'm going to watch it later when I get home if it doesn't any suggestions does anyone know? And have you or anyone else ever been in the Free world and took at a firefight in the street weapons from elite players? I have like three of the brass knuckle submachine guns are for I have like three of the big sniper rifles with the crazy shooting style where you have to hold the trigger down I forget the name of it the real big one and two or three of each LNG that I have and for some reason they keep running to me when they see me flipping out saying they want their f****** guns back? Do real people play as enemies in that game when you're in the Free world I can't find this answer anywhere because they sound like they're real people and how the hell would they know that I'm the one that took their gun? No i'm not 100% sure how many extra level you have but maybe 3-5 items. I'm not 20 yet so I can't give you that info. My friend just hit 20 and had a few skills left over

Target loot in the DZ has been broken for awhile. It's basically reverted to the pre-target loot days where anything can drop. It's basically Kenley College with sweats running around instead of Outcasts

Look you don't have to do the raid or anything like that you can use raw resources you can use printer filament to upgrade them faster and this cost less and it takes about 4,000 or a little less to upgrade them to proficient if you don't have the gun all you have to do is go to the bench and still make it proficient like you do any other gear or weapon by using resources

Run thru NY (3hours solo) and farm the shd lvls on materials to make up the items u don’t have proficient
I have the snowball Tommy gun I wanted to optimize and upgrade that but it says there's no available parts anyone know a way around this so I can upgrade it and use it now put it at max level it's hilarious using it now because everybody's like what the f*** was that it's very weak but they don't realize they're getting hit with snowballs or ice balls lol

Select lmg in countdown n it will drop there....most of the time from the hunters or maybe u haven't completed the season as yet :)

Hey guys I’m currently getting back into the game but I’m experiencing a bug ring now and I was wondering if any one had any suggestions on how to fix these bug , I was on the mission for the NewYork expansion the mission is called pathway park on the way half way there I started to lag and mpc’s wouldn’t move I shoot them multiple times but obviously nothing I was lagging out so naturally the server kicks me out for a error and that happened about 3 times I log off and log on the next day and I tried going for the mission once more but it wasn’t in my map and when I go to the location there’s nothing there not the mission icon or anything about I’ve gone to Javier kajika’s deta but nothing it just shows me the mission isn’t done and I still can’t find away to reset it

On the purchase of the ruthless and lullaby, I tried that but the one they gave are level 1 guns and in order to upgrade I need the same of them level 250 . That I wasn't sure from where I get. I thought maybe since I bought them , they would drop in open world 🤷🏻♂️
if you use a sweet dreams it will upgrade to the higher level one

I think they removed the Harmony (named Resolute Mk47 with perfect In-Sync talent )from the general loot pool...I used to came across them from time to time, but now I can't get them drop anywhere anymore...is anyone having the same problem as well?

I've actually had quite a few savage wolverines drop in the open world and shared a bunch of them! And the UMP 45 drops all the time!!!🤔 Just because they don't drop for you, doesn't mean it's not dropping for anyone else!

After i crafted 20 tactical ump5, i was like oh man, this is the wrong weapon to donate. So i went on to spend alot of printer filaments.

I asked Carina about the UMP45 and she said it is classed as a rifle because of its slower rate of fire and smaller magazine.

@@Bull2152 I'm pretty sure the Dev Team know what they've classed it as. The Tactical and Police versions drop but not the standard version.

I think there are a few clans who use the official division 2 discord plus other streams do 12 hour streams they just help people. I don't have a clan that is active anymore to raid. Main reason i dont

The fact that they still here in year 4 have the raid exclusive wpns is so dumb.. i remember some of the arguments from the start , when ppl doing the raids putting 10 and 10 of hours into it, " we did it the hard way, so all others also need to do it" well now the raids are done in 15-20 mins max, so the argument is void .. they should release them .. it's stupid to hold on to the this mechanic

The Enforcer shotgun is given to you when you start a Hardcore Character for the first time I believe.
I think once you complete wony, you wouldn't get it before level 40

Create a new char, go straight to WONY you'll have an ump in your bag.

OK. Using your advice I changed agent and picked up another Adrestia. Then came the disappointment. It has shit rolls so I thought I'd recalibrate. Not possible. Initially I thought the game had changed it into a default SR-1 but no. I can optimise but not recalibrate. Dammit, Janet!

I'm still trying to get over the fact you don't like perfect braced. It's a staple part of a few of my builds.. no point in having high DPS if you can't land the shots on target. Especially at longer ranges

Um actually the UMP45 does drop in raid and it's very rare. I got one 3 days ago. It's 1 of the 3 you don't need though to get to lvl 20 expertise, the other is the gloves and Sniper from tidal basin.
i think level will go up in the future. so at some point you will need to level it with other season bringing gear and weapons each season maybe level 21 at some point. The UMP45 is def bugged not supposed to be a raid exclusive item if it did drop thats why it drops under 1-30.
@@NothingButSkillz if they add in new gear yes but till then those 3 aren't needed to hit lvl 20 and like in my video I explained that they should just use printer filament if they want those 3 maxed but not needed.

The Stinger LMG is absolutely stupid you can only get it if you refer a friend to the game lol. The Adrestria you get during the Tidal Basin (Regular mission) after you get the key and once you clear the 1st floor of the ship. The UMP45 i believe was the 1st weapon you get when you boost a level 30 to NY. absolutely whacky if you ask me
Edit: the Adrestria you need to break down for parts to build the nemesis exotic Sniper Rifle

What div2 doesn't tell me, is why the f crash every half hour on PC, I really don't understand how people can enjoy this game, in its current state, which in reality has been like this practically since launch, maybe the game just crashes for me... it's unreal seeing so many CZcamsrs doing content for this game and actually enjoy it, maybe they all have a candle and a saint, next to the PC, and say a prayer, for the game not crash while they upload videos... unbelievable, money will always talk higher...

Point man chest piece is not on the proficiency list and you cannot upgrade it in expertise it is not on the list! I wonder to developers know this? And are they going to add it to the list and it's a named piece!
Me with a proficient pointman through donations of pointman vests: 👁👄👁
The armadillo vest in named vests = pointman
If you get a Pointman to drop, it'll count for 44k points towards the next Expertise level (It's listed as the Armadillo vest), but you can also donate Armadillo vests that count for 8800, meaning you need 10 per level. So I suggest doing countdown with Body Armor as you target loot
They should put the raid stuff in the open world but in the tower but u can only get it by beating the hunters on the 100 floor
Raid only weapons are disappointing. It's not even in your control to get the weapon in the first place .
