- Today we take a look at Heineken Hereford, The Cider Mills, Plough Ln, Hereford HR4 0LE.
We inform security exactly what we will be doing but we still get staff approaching and even security waste their time with us.
It seems pointless wasting time informing them if they just proceed to waste their time anyway.

She ruined it for herself, obsessed with trying to control people and realised she is only powerful in her mind.
Spot on!
She was a total NPC, nobody home in there
What mind ?? 🤣
Carl was a good security guard, knew about drones, was reasonable with his questions, was polite and courteous and then went back to work.
Can't ask for much more than that.
Another ****** foreignrr
In fairness Carl was one of the better trained security guys, and equally he wasn't pushy, and was very polite. He listened courteously to DJ, and then off he went; fair play to him.
Yeah Carl wasn't bothered, just good-naturedly doing the silly task his cowardly boss had given him
Proper indigenous security guard. One of us.
Top man Carl.
Another non-British person (that annoying woman) telling people that they are not allowed to do something lawful. If its not lawful in your country and you like that system, perhaps you should have stayed there. Freedom and rights are something we enjoy and respect.
I bet that pissed you right off that you didn’t get the reaction you crave !

5🌟 to Carl. He actually had a checklist and a protocol for addressing citizen photographers. Probably because DJ is having an impact on the industry.
She is so rude. Wants you to answer her questions and with the same breath refuses to answer yours. Hypocrisy 101 lol😂😂

She was on autopilot, it's so weird.
That was a silly reply from her! Mind you in keeping with _literally_ everything else she uttered! At least she's consistent in being a fool.🤷♀
I mean it can be more trying having to deal with 'occasional' stupidity from a person. But if they're always stupid, at least you're not taken by surprise.... much!

How can these people be effective at security if they don’t even speak English?
They won't be effective and I'm guessing that's the point!

I don't think she was security, I think she was just getting involved when she should have just spoke to security. I wonder if she was one of the tour guides
How come you didn't understand her? She spoke English, understandably. How many languages do you speak? probably just one...pity you
@@WeissWhite Yeah, she spoke reasonably well, but her replies to DJ’s statements indicated that she had no idea what he was saying.
I think she was just hired to do the most menial, easy job for NPC's, just so the company can fulfill professional standards hiring quotas
They bought Bulmer's cider, and just ripped up 140 acres of fine apple trees?
At least security was polite and professional!
Learn what happens to apple trees after they have been used multiple times.
Another day, another foreigner telling us what we can’t do
It's the free SIA badge courtesy of the taxpayer! Isn't that nice!

I have watched audits for a long long time and in 90% of cases the Brits tell other Brits that they can't do something, including British Police Constables, so maybe start with them xD
Or maybe not. Freedom allows you to do what you want.
Another british firm sold out to foreign company and migrant security..
Oi that's my line
Carl just trying to do his job walking that line as to what the company wants him to do and what he knows he can do.
She came very close to getting a "Get back to work!".
Tell her she's not in the Warsaw Pact anymore!
They just cut down acres of cider apple trees to the great annoyance of locals.
English people should blacklist heineken products... im sure they woudl iof they knew what they have done to our apple trees.
@@philldownes8685 They aren't your apple trees. They belong to Heineken to do whatever they like with.
Your drone obviously reaches the places other drones don’t reach 😉😂✅😎
I see what you did there. A bit of old school.

Their website says they are 'supporting local jobs', Yes they are, if you call all of the world 'local'
Local jobs but not for local British people.
Surely there's lots of Brits abroad working across the world too... Just sayin'

A factory and warehouse 1 mile down the road from me, advertises most of their jobs "locally in Poland."
Eastern Europeans make up all of the supervisors, and are in charge of giving out the working hours.
They give the few English workers 10-15 hours a week.
They give their 95% Eastern European workforce mates as many hours as they want, with some working as many as 80 hours a week.
The English managers and office workers couldn't care less about the few English factory workers being discriminated against, as all they care about is the work being done.
The same goes for many more factories and warehouses across the UK.
I totally agree, I bet you get some woke idiot calling you racist though, mind you, while they're on at you, they're leaving me alone.😂
All security guards need to learn from Carl . Professional and polite, a credit to the company . 👍
Some humans seem to have a bit of a thing about controlling other humans.
If I'm honest, I used to be like that myself but then discovered it was neither enjoyable or productive!
I now practice controlling only myself and I feel a lot happier about everything.
Thanks for the interesting video DJ.
good news is Heineken are purchasing lots of many old closed pubs and reopening them, good on them for that
That's wonderful. Wonder what real ale they'll have on tap??? 🤣
Good news for locals
@@limitedmarkNo it's not. Have a look at the orchards they've just chopped down ready to sell off the land.

Too bad they don't make drinkable beer at Heineken. For drinkable beer you really have to go to the monasteries 😇 in Belgium.
When you went to talk, they just couldn't help themselves asking you questions and giving you orders so the perfect response was to what you did. If they want you, you're over on public land where they have no jurisdiction over you. Is your drone under 250g? Rather than say yes or no, again, perfect response, "what does that mean to you". Let them do the talking to see if their understanding is correct. You're always a number of steps ahead of whatever they can say. Love it. Carl was fine. Perfect way to give them notice too. No deception or pussyfooting around. This is what I'm doing... I'm out there... Thanks! A++
DJ is a national treasure.
Heineken beer...
it's like making love in a canoe.
It's f**king close to water🤭
The only time I used to drink Heineken was when the air hostesses gave it out for free on flights. The cans were very small though, so I could easily down 20 of them an a trans-atlantic journey 😲
Heineken is a premium beer 5% by volume.
Agreed. It's like drinking gnat's p***.
Security guy - top lad, he handled the situation very well, definitely heard of auditing before or even is one of us here :-) Emilia... Don't panic next time.
Carl the security was absolutely great. The foreign lady, well where do we start. She might as well join the police. Asking pointless questions, giving unwanted directives. Perfect candidate for the police. DJ, good video.
Carl was polite enough. I appreciate that.
Still had the cheek to ask for details and thinking it's a police matter if its over 250g.
@@Andy-xj7cy I agree
he dropped a courtesy notice in and they come out with a clipboard and pen to get details to pass on to the police 😂
Not allowed comedy security? What do SIA teach them at their training?

She thinks shes still in eastern europe, clueless on the laws as usual
First - when to remove their life jacket 2, Train times to London from the beaches 3. Where to "obtain" an SIA badge!
I’m ever so glad that all these Eastern European workers managed to stay after Brexit. We were all so worried
The note is a nice touch. They can't claim they didn't know what you were doing when they inevitably call the police on the "suspicious person" outside.
They _shouldn't,_ but I'm sure some still _will._

That security guard has some life experience of some sort, he conducted himself really well . Did what the company asked of him, but didn't over step the line. Nice one
Love a D J Audit !!, especially when sat in the garden on a Friday afternoon with a beer 😊
As soon as I saw Carl coming over I called it that he was gonna be safe. He did seem obviously chill even when you first talked to him tbf! Nice one mate!👍
Decent security guard keeping his bosses happy.

great material from the excellent DJ AUDITS 🙂
Really nice security guard. I was half expecting him to leave saying "Thanks DJ."
The guy was absolutely fine, and you said, "Why are you being funny for?" proves you do try and provoke people
Don’t watch then.
My thoughts exactly! Quite passive aggressive.
No soliciting with clipboards allowed . Back inside dumplings .
Carl was sound. Good man! Very polite and very professional!
Im a security guard and treat people accordingly. Its nice to be nice but some people try to cause an argument. I just smile and dont rise to the bait. If people are nice the world would be a better place and id be unemployed 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Carl a solid 9/10, arguably even 10/10. Polite, informative of why he was asking the questions he did, no arrogance at all, didn’t try to tell you what to do, promptly went back to work after asking the questions he was forced to.
Mrs Gdańsk 2/10, maybe 1/10. Instantly barking orders, mistaking company policy for national law, trying to enforce company policy on a member of the public on public property, misinformed, then extremely rude when her bubble was burst & asked you to go away from her…. After initially approaching you. Bizarre behaviour. Maybe it’s normal in Poland, who knows…seems weird.
Idk if it’s a rural/urban thing but I’m from a small town in the Lake District, I’ve never seen a drone pilot but if I did….. i might go talk to the pilot out of curiosity of what they were doing just to learn more about it. But this notion of instantly barking orders before even knowing what your on about is absolutely mental. I can’t understand why so many do it. Why would you instantly say “can’t do that” if you don’t know…. Why are they so angry? Is it an intelligence thing? Is that the common denominator? They’re all pretty stupid?
Another banger DJ , I think you’re getting better each time.
Great job as usual DJ 👌🏼♥️
What a difference native/indigenous security made at the very start there. That was professional and polite. That's exactly how it should have gone and continued to go. Until the space invader appears (Apparently any other term for them gets your comment autoyeeted on CZcams). They need to send 'em (also this full sentence was yeeted by YT). This is such a shockingly bad impact on the native population it needs to stop.
I can see a DJ audits trifold being handed out to every business from now on
Carl was brilliant and very professional
Absolutely love watching all your videos, and it fantastic seeing you evolve in your auditing over time. Happy to engage, but take no nonsense approach.
If Heineken made beer it would be not allowed, probably.
Nicely done DJ
I do like this new pamphlet idea DJ. Very professional 👍
Professional security guard 👍
They just cut down a massive apple orchard 😕
Looks like Carl has RISK ASSESSED not looking like the 'usual' here. Fair play to him, his checklist was ready and he knocked it out the park really. @Carl, you should sell that checklist fella, because everywhere needs one as much as they need first aid boxes to HS standard.
It will save any company a stack to have policy in place. The SIA Licence should be covering this by now, if it does, it isn't making it count enough.
Anyone reading this knows if it does ?
I like the information sheet you used here!
Absolutely right about potential obstruction issues here! Mustn't allow complacency to set in.

Used to be the Bulmers Cider factory when I knocked about Hereford- their cider was known as "Hereford lightning"!!
That's right - it was Woodpecker that was called that!

DJ Audits you do an AMAZING job. Makes me laugh wen they say " you cannot film on our land " cos you are not on their land, you are in airspace above their land with your drone! You certainly don't have to have permission for yours!!
All these companies wasting their time & police time instead of looking online about drones etc first.

Good work as always DJ, Glad to hear you state that someone flying a drone heavier than 250 can do legally with the right qualifications. Do you have the A2 CofC qualification? I would love to see you audit with a heavier drone completely legit.😉
Ahhhh, they didn’t do too badly. The lady was initially a bit misinformed, but she wasn’t over the top. Once the clued up (watches CZcams) security advised, it was all good.
The gentleman didn’t do badly at the end either - fair and informed questions. They did okay in general 👍
Great video and opportunity to visit Hereford. 👍⭐⭐⭐
Heineken site used to be southern leg of the railway wye and served as Goods Shed and yard. Car park was Canonmoor Farm. Previously a railway branched of the existing main railway looping 180 entering the wye from the north and branch lines west and south from the Goods Yard, all redeveloped except some track beside Heineken.
They learn a bit of English and then they think they can rule the world! 🤣

Really gets me when they say “how heavy is the drone” & “can I see your licence”, does he stop and ask drivers on the road if he can see their licence & check they are driving legally, same thing really!
