The location location location less than 25' from the water's edge is one special feature 99.9% of lakefront properties just lack. You can not build this close on an empty lot no matter what too!

What size boat will Brackett Lake accommodate? Love the property.
The two boats, a 12' and 13' aluminum boats stay. Just add a 9.9 horse for fishing, tooling around the lake is fine. But you can go bigger, water ski or just kayak here @444mbutler !

looks like, new bathroom shower, vanity, new fridge, stove, cabinets, countertops, new windows all around... so what ~35K plus labor? I didn't see it before, but for an added 120k it seems like you could have just about rebuilt from the slab up.

Looks like northern Wisconsin. A house like this on a lake in northern Wisconsin goes for over $800,000.
Lakefront is always popular but in short supply. Since COVID, Maine waterfront properties are even harder to find.. especially this nice @paulwicklund5044 !

Can this be used as a year round property?
There is a border patrol couple I sold a Brackett Lake property to a few before this one who live year round. Many use their cottages, camps, homes year round for getaways so yes. But I would add more insulation to the attic, drill a well. You have foundation under this one and insulated windows, log walls that are warm. Plus a woodstove, oil hot air furnace. Most folks use their lake places year round for vacations, those long weekends or more!

It could be with cedar logs, insulated windows, furnace and wood stove all in place. I would add more attic insulation, bury line to lake or drill a well and four seasons lake living could happen!
