ugh.....surprised they would use engineered OSB floor joist after seeing the wonderful beam work. For me to point that out is just knowing those floor joist are inferior and being part of the foundation for what's above it's a shame.

Everyone builds different and the norm in one area not in others. LP has an OSB plant in New Limerick, not far to the south of Portage Lake!
