Thank you for the sharing the content! Family time on the new boat are some amazing memories in the making. Maybe in the future, to avoid "selective" to-go order schedules, and to add an additional layer of engagement, you could do a supermarket provisioning run and show life storing food and preparing meals on the boat. Again, Thanks a bunch for the great content!

Thanks so much for posting, you look to have a great family! I’m in the same new boat research rabbit hole you and Jon were probably in 6 mths ago, haha. I found your channel from the Ranger tug vid and had the same feeling as y’all, just not mine nor the wife’s style. So thanks for putting me on to the Jeanneau. I’d like to see more content on how the 4 of y’all move around, eat, sleep and hang on the 795. Like, was sleeping comfortable? Could both boys fit on the dinette berth for sleeping? Did all 4 of y’all eat breakfast while sitting at the dinette? We are also a family of 4 so kinda wondering about size and comfort. Other than that great vids!
Very Fun Times!!! Living was definitely different since we’re coming from RV living where there is tons of space for everyone in our 38 ft Travel Trailer. I didn’t film the sleeping arrangements as my family is a little camera shy in those situations. However, 2 teenagers would not fit on the dinette berth and my boys are very lean, so Daniel decided he wanted to sleep in the cockpit. So we brought an oversized memory foam mattress for comfort (but Jeanneau does option one with a cockpit berth option, not on ours) …since the weather permitted, he said it was one of the best night’s sleep he had but we’re strongly consider the cockpit enclosure to allow for bad weather sleeping arrangements as well. JD, the taller of the two, was fine on the dinette berth. I have yet to cook on the boat so that may be in the next boat video but the counter space for it seems reasonable enough with the captain’s chair raised. We found ourselves hanging in the cockpit area most of the time. While this boat fits our family need (and mainly budget) perfectly to get into the boating lifestyle, if you can swing it price wise and are ok with oversized towing, take a STRONG look at the Jeanneau 895 NC Weekender S2. The most important thing is that you all had a great time and made it back home safe. Think Johnathan should keep his other boat, too. He just might want to jump in it and go. It has a level of simplicity that he adores and is great for his “me time” getaways. Trying to plan the next one soon, but have some filler videos until then. 😏
After towing this boat for a few trips, are there any issues with towing over 8 ft. In width? Are you getting used to it?? TIA
