US Airways Airbus A321 Takeoff at Charlotte Douglas International

This is footage of a US Airways, now part of the new American Airlines, departing from The Charlotte Douglas International airport. I was seated in the first row of the first class cabin. It was a smooth 5 hour flight over to Los Angeles.

Engine power is so intense that it drowns out the compressor "buzz-saw". Pretty much full throttle @ 33,000 lb thrust per engine.
