IMHO, the dynamics between Nesto & Sonya has shifted. He knows that she talks a good game, but may question the follow through. On the other hand, Sonya was openly disgusted by his appearance on the PCFP aired on 4/27/2023 (nose fungus & bushy gray beard). She will NEVER forget that he said she couldn't afford him & that she was just a B&*&* doing what he doesn't want his wife to do (they were still arguing about this on an IS live from last week). Each will need to feel that they will benefit from the relationship. When that changes and one of them discards the other, the REAL breakup between Nesto & Sonya will set off an earthquake as the injured party will need their pound of flesh.

Nesto will take a plea and then blame it on the system. He will say that they railroaded him into taking a plea. According to the lease, Shirley was supposed to be the only tenant living there. That’s why she was the only person liable.
I would be very interested to hear Shirley testify of what she knew about these evictions. I think she didn't even know that property was rented under her name. Or that she even knew about being taken to court by the landlord.

I was very shocked that she was invited on Tasha K’s panel. Sylvia TROLLED Tasha during the Cardi B trial and it was very obvious that she chose a side. I think Sylvia was uncomfortable and guilty because of her past behavior toward Tasha.
Ernesto was NOT on the lease. Shirley was in violation of her lease on day 1 by letting him stay there.

Intuitively, I don’t think Shirley signed the affidavit. She basically told Nesto she wasn’t cool with him staying with her when he was released. And when I compare the two signatures, based on my non-professional but extensive true crime handwriting analysis knowledge, the way the Y in ‘Shirley’ connects with the S in ‘Strawberry’ in the affidavit is completely different from the way the two letters are completely disconnected in the C-19 rent moratorium request document, thus, not the same signature.
The signatures did not match.
Okay. So you all have to ask yourselves why would the attorney and notary put their license in danger for these bums, Shirley included. What are they gaining out of that to forge her signature? Ericka didn't do it, she was in jail at the time. There's too many questionable reasons as to why it would be forged as opposed to the obvious is that she signed it because she wanted him out. It doesn't matter if they would be living together or not, Shirley didn't want the embarrassment of having a husband in jail to continue. She'd rather have him out and people seeing him and her together than saying he was in jail. This woman was with this bum for 8 years and knew of all his crimes during their marriage. She was fine until people found out. She said she wasn't cool with him staying with her a year after that affidavit was signed, which was after the CP charges.
@@AugustLady77 that’s a great question. Why would the attorney risk that? Perhaps he and Sonya were doing too much and Crail quit because he knew they were being inappropriate in some way. Or perhaps Shirley didn’t really understand what she was signing. Something ain’t right. There’s a fly in the buttermilk on this issue.

Erika was definitely the brains of this little operation. Ernie was there to entice the ladies but his luck just ran out and he may finally get his comeuppance .Evidently their little cons worked pretty well for a long dying l time.

I’m not getting that Sonya was at ALL relevant to him bf he got locked up. She plays it like they were so cool bf he got locked up. it's my opinion that the divorce is contested because Nesto didn't get served. the marriage legitimatcy is certainly contested but the divorce should final before the gavel hits and the ink is dry. Shirley has earned it for sure.

Also about this Shirley abandoned her daughter thing imo I don’t think she abandoned her. How when she kept a roof over her and grandkids head all along Ernie didn’t have that much control over her relationship with her daughter. We don’t know the real dynamic of there relationship. Everyone keep talking about Shirley was so materialistic and wanted Nesto for what she thought he could do for her. I agree but for different reasons. She didn’t need Nesto to give her those things nor Do I think she was trying to compete with Steve and Marjorie bc there’s no way for her to do that. The one thing that meant something to Shirley is the fact she was lonely and and she wanted companionship she needed a man to hold her and tell her he loves her and Nesto did that and nothing else mattered. Everyone keep trying to say what they would have done and they never would have fallen for Nesto but you guys are not 70 years of age and lonely and I think if you were you might give her a little more slack everyone’s needs are different until you need love and feel limited in options. I’m not her age either but I have plenty of aunties that are her age and they think differently. Nesto was kind to her at first that is what she responded too.

As bad as Ernest is denying, I believe he may be innocent on some things & doesn’t deserve the worst conviction. Something isn’t adding up. Granted he’s definitely guilty but some things seem to not right, esp that girl claiming she was coerced to do the whole crime, which makes me think other ppl are putting a 10 on their accusations as well. He may have done some things but it seems some are making it worse than the facts. Not sure which lie or truth he’s done. But his history has made him a victim of his own crimes. I disagree with you ladies just a little bit. I do think everything you guys said is correct but I think Sonya remains sexually attracted to Nesto. Id think she looks at him the same but she’s very sexually charged when it comes to him and he’s the one that doesn’t reciprocate her advances. He openly told her they were on a recorded line and so he doesn’t know what she’s talking about when she asked him if he was going to give her some in a couple of weeks.
