Red fire (The coolest one) = Between 600-800 celsius.
Bright cherry red fire = 800-1000 celsius.
Orange fire = Between 1000-1200 celsius.
Yellow fire = Between 1200-1400 celsius.
White fire = Between 1300-1500 celsius.
Blue fire = Between 1400-1650 celsius.
Well, this is not the %100 true tempature of these fires, but their list goes like:Blue>White>Yellow>Orange>Red tones.
No matter how the tempature depends, the blue is the hottest in these colurs of fire. Still, we don’t have violet fire in this list, as you can notice it too.
It’s because violet fire doesn’t count as a common fire colour. Violet fire is being made in labs maybe, but you can’t see violet fire in your daily life like these tones in the list…
So, the answer depends on how hot is violet fire, sice nobody puts it into the list of common fire types. I am not a scientist or someone like that, and the resources on the internet doesn’t give me so much information about the violet fire…

Purple fire is actually hotter than blue. Purple is about 39400 °C while blue is about 2500 - 3000 °C. Though purple fire can only be made with potassium salts, so I don't know why Ember can make it naturally without a problem.
