Men don't initiate divorce because we would have to start all over again and find a new woman. That's pretty damn hard for most guys, so even though they aren't happy they stay. Women on the other hand usually can attract men quite easily, so they leave, because it will be easier to start over, especially since you also get paid from the ex husband when you leave.

The high divorce rates have been caused by 3 main factors driven by selfishness. First, feminism destroyed the institute of marriage. Second, the legal system financially rewards women to divorce. And third, women have become so selfish that they believe their happiness is paramount to EVERYTHING.
A man will sacrifice his happiness to provide & care for his family. A woman will sacrifice the family, including her children’s happiness, for HER happiness. Its all about HER. And why women file 90+ % of the time is because her marriage vows are LIP SERVICE to get what SHE wants and when she becomes unhappy, the “vows” are EMPTY PROMISES. And now women must live with their own choices and face depression, mental health issues, loneliness, and moving in with their elderly parents because of feminism.
This guy does have good points, but his ideas on transgender people are archaic and completely ignorant. There is a large portion of men who prefer MTF women for a multitude of reasons. For example, as in my own experience, cis-gendered women have given me nothing but grief since I started regularly dating. Also, there is a portion of men who like MTF women because they were repeatedly molested as children (as in my experience). There are over 8 billion people on Earth, not everyone is going to have the same tastes. And I think ridiculing people just because they don't conform to your Christian model is completely ignorant.

1. Divorce is good when women are unhappy or abused. Yes, divorce isn't good for kids but neither is living in an abusive household where parents hate eachother.
2. Mental illness was not understood 50 years ago or properly treated and highly stigmatised so there is no way to measure whether women are more mentally ill today than back in the day.
3. Birth control is needed if you don't want to go bankrupt having kids you can't afford or even love.
4. Age gap bigger than 5 years is the recipe for divorce. Check the stats on the divorce rates for couples with big age gaps. Also sperm loses its genetic quality and fertility after 40, why is no one talking about that????

1. Divorces can also be done in order to financially salvage a family. If a father gets cancer and ends up with hundreds of thousands in debt with no foreseeable positive outcome, divorce can save the wife and kids from financial ruin.
2. On top of mental health, not being widely understood 50 years ago, medication for depression was also not as understood, and it wasn't as available. Women in the 1950s didn't have access to Zoloft because zoloft wasn't invented then.
3. Birth control also helps with PMDD and other hormonal disorders.
4. I've got nothing to add on this that wouldn't be a subjective opinion on drastic age differences.
5. Add onto that the fact that he is a hypocrite. The man advocating against marrying single moms over 30 that are career women married a single mom with three kids out of wedlock when she was over 30 and had an established career.

The outcomes of an abusive home and a single parent home are bad, that's known. Since both are bad the parents have a responsibility to their children. In this case a deontological solution is better than your utilitarian one. That's why a strong extended family and community and religion matters. Divorce should never be an options unless these factors (ext. family and community) are unable to fix the issue at which point it becomes a criminal matter when it comes to abuse.
This is why we must separate from people like you. You have a complete antithetical ego-centric utilitarian view that puts the happiness of the individual above that of the responsibilities of individuals.
