How the hell do you remove the carry cot
With the chrome handle on the front of it. Pull that and lift it off
How do uou actually turn the seat around?
Lift it off, turn it around and clip it back on
There are 2 ‘switches’ either side and a button underneath, slide the switches and push the buttons in at the same time to lift off, hope that helps!
No switches/buttons. I think that's the problem
I loved mine... until I stopped using the pram attachment and used the pushchair attachment. It does NOT fold up and down that easily! The handle you pull does recline the back easily enough but when it comes to opening and closing it jams and I usually have to spend a whole wrestling with it. It's also quite heavy and bulky. I want to switch to another pushchair but this cost so bloody much I feel annoyed at having to replace it! I've met lots of other mums with much cheaper pushchair that function much better. If I was buying again I would not buy this pushchair again.
@Flou22 i think this pram is good. i have it and the attachments work fine, i can fold it easily. also i don’t think it’s too heavy. idk it does take some getting use to but now i’m using it regularly it’s easy to use

Any chance of sharing a useful video where you actually show how to do everything in the video. You know like change the seats and stuff. I do like the video implying you to use imaginary buttons that aren't there but that doesn't work so well in practice
