You can book an appointment with mamas and papas in the store and they can show you all the features - how to fold completly, change the wheels to swivel etc. We done that then ordered from there last month and it was so helpful

Unfortunately I partly disagree. I had to unbox and put this pram together alone at 8 months pregnant without any help. I was exhausted however I did this by using CZcams videos. The manual is hard to follow but I find all manuals are rubbish as they don't use words. As for the hood, I agree I struggled for a while until I realised it was a sliding mechanism that slots into place. There is an arrow in the manual but still isn't super clear and so can understand why that part was so difficult for you too. The part that I found the most difficult was slicing up all the boxes to fit in my recycling bin. That exhausted me the most! How did you find it at the park? I find it quite rickety and rough. It doesn't seem to perform as well as the Ocarro. My friend was pushing the Ocarro next to my Strada and I was having serious regrets. I bought this pushchair as it was compact and could fit inside my Vauxhall Corsa with the boot divider in. How have you found it? Congrats on your little one.
