Customer came in with a damaged screen and needed it repaired as soon as possible, here at Repairable we did it in under 1 hour and dropped it back off at the customers home.

i want to fix my phone it's Samsung and I accidentally smashed it with a tube and it broked top part and now i can't click the bottom part and I can't open it cause it's black like there's no screen anymore how do I fix I opened it but Idont have a screw for the bottom one I only opened the screen area and ibsaw the white thing broken how do I fix yeah my English is kinda be cuase I am Filipino how can I fix please

Phones blacked out. Glitched out screen. But no cracked. Maybe there crackes on the inside on the screen? Do you think if i get it professionally done, like screen replacement, that itll go back to normal?
@@jaecarter503 It could be a lot of things, I would attempt a screen replacement and if that doesn't work then just work my way through the problem.
my screen was like that and cracked at top, but sensors were working and i punched my phone and its like that what thumbnail of your video shows, i mean i punched btw thx for good video, i am going to fix this phone

@@RepairableUK no problem, i will help u at best! my screen was cracked at top and when i punched it, it got strange blur or something that ur thumbnail shows and when i turned off-on screen, it was getting worser

Hello, no you should not leave it in rice. The best thing you can do is turn your phone off and leave it in a safe place for 24-48 hours and then get the internals checked by a professional.

If the screen is that badly broken, how do you know if the phone still works?
Once I turned the phone on, it lit up, even the smallest light can show that the phone works. Alternatively, you can use a AMP meter to check if there is any voltage going into the device.

you dissasemble the whole things,when its only the lcd need to be replace,waste of time
The customer agreed with the team that this would be the best way to replace the screen on this device. In this case, disassembling the device was the customers choice.
