- An away day south of the river. Well worth the 5hr drive, to cheer a defender getting sent off 🤦🏻♂️ Now I’d watched Bromley in the FA Trophy Final v Wrexham at Wembley and was impressed by both. So much so, that the fans I was sat with I said they’d both beat Scunthorpe. Well that’s one that has.
Once again we go In to a match not looking bothered. Where’s the tempo, the bite, the desire. It’s a case of turn up, get a wage, go home. Fans once again calling Hill at the end. Can’t wait for Halifax to visit Bank Holiday Monday. Could be one of those days, again!!
Been going to away games since '93 and that was one of the most depressing I can recall. Even our normally noisy fans seemed subdued. Looks like a very good set up at Bromley.

Well Gareth, I have to say I'm sorry for ya because I know your a decent bloke and a loyal supporter! I've had some tongue in cheek banter on here but your situation is that dire that I'm actually bored of taking the piss! Halifax is already looking like a 6 pointer even at this stage! Your opening win was over a piss poor Yeovil but even they've picked up now! It says it all when I heard a couple of your fans singing "we're on our way, to the conference north, we're on our way!" God knows mate but I hope not! If Hill was laughing then what a turd! All the best! UTM!
Not half as bored as I am, watching us play as we do, up and down (mainly down) the country. Keep the banter coming, its the only thing that I can smile about from the match haha Yes a big game already so early in the season. Am i confident we'll get something from the game, not at all. Pressure is on us, were at home. Be more than a 130 fans or so shouting the odds too. Could get ugly tomorrow, time will tell.

Have been watching your vids since the rovers away game last season. When we (rovers) went down to non-league we struggled and were in a similar position after the first 5-10 games. Took us a while to adjust and grow a spine at that level. Sure scunny will find a way to start churning results out. Good luck for the season, still early days

Just to make you feel a little better I use to watch my local non league club in blue square north... then financial trouble hit we went 14 months without a win in all competitions, this is straight after being denied a play off spot due a small ground

Honestly Nick the ground looks quality, they have nice CZcams video on their channel. It shows you inside the stands, looks good. Yes better than Suttons, if you get chance you should pay it a visit.

I personally think, Ogle and Nuttall played well. I think we need to have someone tall and fast to pick up the balls that Nuttall flicks on.
Yes have nothing against Nuttall at all, you can see he puts the effort in and tracks back too. As you say also about his heading, he wins quite a few flick ons. Ogle should have had that chance on target at least. Be interesting to see if Fletcher and Apter start tomorrow, something needs to change somewhere.

I didn't see anything at the time, just when I edited it. I know it doesn't look great in the grand scheme of things. As I've said b4, I very much doubt Hill will be going anywhere, we have an owner who has wiped his hands with the club so he certainly won't sack a manager that he has to then pay off a contract to..
You really do get that awful feeling that Mr Twat is making this club bankrupt amd as unattractive as he can. The land he owns will still be worth millions with or Without the club existing...
We have a puppet chairman, a puppet fans director and very possibly a puppet manager that have little to no say in ANYTHING

The same one we had for just over half of the season. I think it helps my mental state in a way, getting out and about visiting different places, seeing mates. Football is just on the side.
