    Every time you speak , I learn something . When you verbalize what happened to your mind, brain and body- I find common points. You verbalize ideas I cannot . Thank you!❤

    This was great! I found myself crying like a baby at Martha and Ellen’s comments bc my anger is fresh right now. My wounds are raw and having trouble trying to not go down that rabbit hole. 😢

      Yes. It’s super hard. But you will feel it, use it, discharge it, during your healing process. It’s so hard!

    I would encourage everybody taking any type of psychiatric medication to have their lipase levels checked on a regular basis. A rare side effect of certain medications is pancreatitis. I found out this information too late for myself and am unfortunately paying the price. I took Effexor and Lexapro. I just sometimes wish the good Lord would take me home.

    Thank you for sharing your story. You are a very strong woman. Not sure if I'll be as strong. Did you have any mouth problems like mouth ulcers, dryness, coated tongue and dryness? My mouth is a complete mess. I am 63 years old. I know you mentioned spine pain in another video. I have excruciating back pain in my muscles. Did you have this and if so for how long?

    • @AngiePeacockMSW
      @AngiePeacockMSW  Před rokem

      Yes I had excrutiating back pain for 6 months when I was still on benzos and then for about 18 months off but it slowly slowly eased off. It was not severe that whole 18 months.
      No, I didn't have mouth dryness as a symptom but have heard of others who have that.

      @@AngiePeacockMSW Thank you so much for responding. I had back pain for 8 months while on escitalopram and I still have it 7 months after stopping the escitalopram. I also ended up in the hospital with acute pancreatitis. Your videos are so informative. Keep spreading the truth. Take care.

    How do I cope with the insomnia. Every evening I get more nervous knowing I’m not going to sleep. How do I accept this chronic insomnia, in this withdrawal. Angie, how ?

    May I ask, can you feel emotions ok now? Sometimes i am worried I’ll never be able to feel normal again. How long did it take or how is the progress going? Thanks

    • @AngiePeacockMSW
      @AngiePeacockMSW  Před rokem +1

      Yes I can feel my emotions! It takes as long as it takes. We are all different so there is no predicting it truly. Just hang on and know yours will come back in time.
