Agreed! I actually could never stand ASMR because I thought it was solely mouth sounds and chewing sounds. I have misophonia too so I always steered clear of any asmr videos. But when I found Maria it changed everything and I really wish I knew that and found her sooner. She's seriously the only person that does not trigger any anxiety or the misophonia. Ugh I feel so blessed I know about her lol
I'd love for Maria to do a "Fixing Your Unicorn Sparkle" like she did with the rainbow, wearing that pink and purple hair from this video. She helps fix us (the unicorns) sparkle since it has dimmed a little over time. She can have a horn tapping and polishing. Brushing our mane. Adding little gems to us.
As a fellow mom I know this ugly feeling of guilt. 🤱 But please don't feel guilty that you need to work, I'm sure you're doing your best as mom! 🧡 Being responsible adult is the best example of caring for your child.
Oh boy, I very vividly recall the day before returning to work after my maternity leave with my first child...probably right up there with one of the worst days of my life, so your post hits home. The pit in my stomach from the guilt and the despair at the thought of being without my daughter was AWFUL. There’s definitely no sugar coating it. And I can’t say that tomorrow won’t be as bad as you anticipate because it will be, but eventually it will get easier and you’ll get used to a new routine. Nobody will ever love your baby as much as you, but as long as they’re with someone you trust, you have to just forge ahead and know you’re doing what’s best for your family and in the end it will all be okay. I know this sounds weird, but listening to inaudible whispers has helped me with letting go and just enjoy the moment. At first I was quite frustrated that I can't make out the words (I am working on not being a controllfreak that much), but now I am very relaxed and just go with the flow ✌

The stamina of these asmr content creators is so aggressively strong and consistent. It’s kind of ironic how the relaxation “gurus” are rigorous with their schedule. It shows me that everyone has a job to do, a purpose to fulfill. I’m curious to know the motivation for artists like Gentle Whispering (someone who’s been killing it and trendsetting for years). Is it feeling/finding a sense of self while recording and editing, is it feeling a sense of self while watching your finished video, is it feeling a sense of self reading comments and seeing your impact and influence on people’s moods and other ASMRtists? Is it a sense of schedule? Is it the passion for the specific art of asmr? Is it an amalgam of all of these things? I am currently very emotionally and mentally lost and feel little consequence from any of my actions. Saying this, bc the cons don’t outweigh the pros. And bc I feeling particularly nihilistic, so nothing (I’m regards to this comment) could really bother me

Maria, you should do a “left and right” series e.g. videos that only have audio targeting the right ear and some videos targeting the left ear. Good for side sleepers and those who get triggered through specific sides.

You’re one of my favorite ASMRtists and inaudible whispering is one of my favorite types of ASMR so the past few months have just been HEAVEN! I don’t usually get tingles but ASMR helps me sleep and really, really helps with my tinnitus at night by providing white noise to combat it.
