I don’t know if this sounds weird but i’ve religiously been coming here for a couple of months now because this helps me with my sleep. First time I came here I was a sleep deprived and a stressed maniac trying to study and I’ve fallen asleep 20 minutes into the video, helped me relax. Your voice is calming you should consider ASMR more than anything.
