      @@coachtonyholler Monday I actually had a freshman ask me “coach we only ran for 45 minutes I thought there’d be more?” And I said “never let today ruin tomorrow.” You hv no idea how long I’ve wanted to use that!!

    Moving your legs fast is speed it takes little force using a lot of force is what get you tire using legs speed you can distance run and speed work at the same

    Speed is force when you increase speed you increase force you can see speed you feel force

    Moving your legs fast over and over is how you improve legs speed the faster your legs speed the faster you run the faster you run the better your mechanics become
