@@Monitor_Headlevel 9 walls at townhall 13 is just bad, I would atleast try to max everything before I move to the next townhall level, which usually happens because when I maxed every other building and still have troops left in lab, I am usually left with gold, and I always spend them on walls.

While walls may seem useless because of the amount of troops that ignore them, it is still useful to upgrade them because there are still troops that is being used that doesn’t ignore them. So I would atleast upgrade them before I move to the next townhall.

It would be nice to see a Necromancer (like a SuperTroop version of the Apprentice) who could turn dead Barbarians, Archers, Goblins, Minions into skeletons / flying skeletons, while skeletons (from spell or raised by Witch) could turn into Barbarians around him in a zone. This unit could transform even followers from the Barbarian King and the Archer Queen. Or this idea could be used as a Revive spell. I believe it could provide some new strategies as Tier1 units could have a new meaning.
As th2 player I can't wait to use this troop after 50 years.. so excited

Everytime another troop that ignores walls gets added, I question more and more on why we keep ugrading them after a certain point.
bcz not everyone would use Root Rider and there are other troops besides her, Queen will get stuck on walls, Pekka gets stuck, etc. etc.

I had a few more unit ideas :
1. Witch - could be redesigned that players can choose between skeletons / bats at spawning stage in the village. Or she could be swapped like the Electrowizard in the Builder base during a siege. Maybe this skill could be unlocked as a SuperWitch v2.0
2. One of the Archers tower and the Wizard tower could spawn a SuperArcher and a SuperWizard after being destroyed. Players could select only one building or it could be a random event or maybe luck related. Then players could setup a defense/offense mode that if the town hall is not destroyed then these units would go there to defend it.
3. SuperBowlers are too similar to SuperArchers. It would have been more cool if he grabs the damaged wall sequences to throw them back.
4. We need a unit like a Knight who reflects back the damage with his shield. Maybe his special target could be the xbows.
5. Make a Firefighter unit who is immune to fire. He would go for the Tesla towers.
6. A Gardener could have a little Greenhouse shop where he would sell magical seeds like the pet shop which can be watered by elixir. Like spikey bushes which would spread on walls like one square in every hour.
7. Elixir golems who would go for Elixir containers. They could multiply thenselves when they consumed enough.
8. Battle Angels could arrive as the SuperTroop version of Angels. They could heal air units or/and drop healing spells at death.
Some of these could be given on lower town halls to keep them happy. Anyway I am sure they can come up something more creative then a simple wall destroying unit.
Spending 9 mil per wall for a better wall… Rootrider joins the chat👹
Honestly out of all the troops that were ever added to the game, "root rider" is the most bizarre one yet.
Don't forget the pets. Unicorn and pekka dog. I would have rather had items to equip or something else entirely

These better take a ton of housing space to make up for that instant wall obliteration. It's either that, or make walls dirt cheap, like how the majority of the troops are treating them as.

For everyone complaining about how expensive walls are, it’s obvious the walls are just something to use your resources on after you’ve upgraded everything else before the next upgrade. Gives people a reason to keep playing and not get bored attacking just for practice.
